  • Cooper tallied 58 total tackles (33 solo), including 10.5 sacks, one pass defended and one forced fumble over 17 regular-season games in 2024. The fourth-year pro was part of one of the league's best edge-rush duos this season, as he and Nik Bonitto combined for a staggering 24 sacks -- the most of any edge-rush tandem in the NFL during the regular season. Cooper has steadily improved his sack totals in each of his last two seasons, jumping from 2.0 sacks in 2022 to 10.5 in 2024. He's become an integral part of the Broncos' defensive success and signed a four-year, $60 million extension with the team in November, keeping him a Bronco for the foreseeable future. Expect Cooper to remain a major headache for opposing quarterbacks as one of Denver's top edge rushers in 2025.

  • Cooper finished Saturday's 30-24 overtime loss to Cincinnati with four tackles (three solo), including 1.5 sacks. Cooper's most impactful sack came midway through the second quarter, when he sacked Joe Burrow for a three-yard loss to force a turnover on downs. Cooper is now up to a career-best 9.5 sacks through 16 regular-season games, and he'll have an opportunity to reach 10 sacks in the Broncos' regular-season finale against the Chiefs on Sunday.

  • Cooper recorded six total tackles (three solo), including 1.0 sacks, in Sunday's 16-14 loss to the Chiefs. The 26-year-old was one of four Broncos to record a sack in Sunday's loss, bringing down Patrick Mahomes in the second quarter. Cooper, who just signed a four-year, $60 million extension last Monday, has now totaled 41 total tackles, including 6.5 sacks, and forced one fumble through the Broncos' first 10 games this season. Expect the newly paid edge rusher to continue wreaking havoc on opposing quarterbacks as the season progresses.

  • Cooper recorded six tackles (two solo), including 2.0 sacks, in Sunday's 26-20 loss to the Seahawks. Cooper finished the 2023 campaign with a career-high 8.5 sacks, and it seems he could be headed toward another career year with a strong start in Week 1. In a contract year, the 26-year-old linebacker should remain a key member of Denver's defense and a strong IDP option for fantasy purposes for the 2024 season.

  • Cooper's lone tackle in Sunday's 16-9 win over the Chargers resulted in a sack. Cooper got to Easton Stick early in the first quarter for a five-yard sack. It extended Cooper's sack streak to three games and he's up to a career-best 8.5 sacks over 16 games this season.
