In his first start this season with Philip Rivers in Week 15 at Seattle, Pittman was limited to three catches for 26 yards on five targets. The Seahawks are a tough matchup compared to the 49ers in Week 16, but Rivers looked like a 44-year-old quarterback who just got off his couch. It will be tough to trust Pittman and Alec Pierce, who had one catch for 16 yards on one target against Seattle, even in three-receiver leagues. I'll lean toward Pittman over Pierce given his role, but I would prefer to sit the Colts receivers with Rivers now at quarterback.

Pittman had three receptions on five targets for 26 yards in Sunday's 18-16 loss to the Seahawks. Philip Rivers' first start with the Colts in 2025 did not generate any fantasy stars from the receiving corps. Pittman did lead all Indianapolis wide receivers in targets and yardage, but that is not saying much in a game during which the offense was held to 120 passing yards. Pittman's value understandably dropped off following the news of QB Daniel Jones (Achilles) missing the rest of the season, and Rivers coming out of retirement may not be able to salvage it. The 27-year-old Pittman carries more value in deep and PPR formats for next Monday's tilt against the 49ers.

We don't know who is going to start at quarterback for the Colts in Week 15 at Seattle, and it could be Riley Leonard or Philip Rivers, who just signed with the team this week after being retired since 2020. Pittman would be tough to trust with a healthy Daniel Jones (Achilles) in this matchup since the Seahawks are No. 5 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers. Seattle has allowed just three touchdowns to receivers since Week 7, and Nico Collins, Davante Adams and Justin Jefferson were held to single digits in PPR against the Seahawks over that span. At best, Pittman and Alec Pierce are just No. 3 Fantasy receivers in the majority of leagues in Week 15.

Pittman recorded nine receptions on 12 targets for 79 yards in Sunday's 36-19 loss to the Jaguars. Pittman had been on the wrong end of the target distribution among Colts' pass catchers in recent weeks, but he rebounded to lead the team in opportunity in Week 14. He was targeted primarily in short areas of the field by Riley Leonard, leading to a modest yardage total, though he did manage a long 24-yard catch shortly after halftime. Pittman nearly had an even bigger day, as he appeared to have a 16-yard touchdown that was ultimately nullified by a borderline pass interference call. While this was an encouraging performance, Pittman could struggle down the stretch due to Daniel Jones (Achilles) being out for the rest of the year.

Pittman recorded one reception on four targets for 13 yards in Sunday's 20-16 loss to the Texans. Daniel Jones distributed targets very evenly between the Colts' top pass catchers, with five players earning at least four targets and none more than six. Pittman failed to even deliver on his limited opportunity, with his only catch coming late in the second quarter. While he has been a reliable target for Jones this season, this was Pittman's worst yardage total of the season and his third straight contest with fewer than 30 yards.
