Hooker posted five tackles (two solo) during Sunday's 27-24 loss to Cleveland. Sunday was the fourth time this season that Hooker played every single defensive snap, although his five stops were his lowest of the 2026 campaign. The veteran safety is up to 46 tackles (29 solo) and three pass defenses (including two interceptions) through six regular-season games, and he's second on the Titans in total stops behind rookie linebacker Anthony Hill (68).

Hooker logged 13 tackles (seven solo) and one interception during the Titans' 26-20 win over the Colts on Sunday. The Titans captured their first win of the season Sunday thanks largely to their defense and special teams. Hooker did his part with a game-high 13 combined tackles, and he made a toe-tap sideline interception off Daniel Jones late in the first quarter that stopped the Colts' red zone drive in its tracks. Hooker is up to 41 tackles (27 solo) and three pass defenses (including two interceptions) across five regular-season games and is on track to crack the tackling century mark for the first time in his eight-year NFL career.

Hooker (concussion) does not have any injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Colts. Hooker has cleared the NFL's five-step concussion protocol and is all set to suit up for Sunday's game. The starting safety missed the Titans' Week 5 loss to the Texans due to the injury but is all set to return to taking the majority of snaps for the team's defense.

Hooker (concussion) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. Hooker did not participate in a single Week 5 prep session as he dealt with a concussion sustained against the Ravens in the Titans' Week 4 loss. The strong safety's upgrade to limited participation to start the week is a strong sign that he should be able to clear the NFL's five-step concussion protocol before the team's Week 6 showdown with the Colts.

Hooker (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Texans, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. Hooker entered the league's concussion protocol following the Titans' 24-18 loss to the Ravens in Week 4. He was held out of practice all week and will observe Sunday's game from the sidelines, so Tony Adams will likely start alongside Kevin Winston at safety. Hooker's next chance to play is Week 6 against the Colts on Sunday, Oct. 18.
