Malik Washington figures to work as the Dolphins' main kick returner with Eskridge out, while Theo Wease could see more work on offense in what has become a Bengals blowout.

  • Eskridge (toe) is questionable to return to Sunday's matchup against Cincinnati. Eskridge was hurt in the third quarter and exited to the locker room with trainers. He's been working as both a depth wideout and a kick returner for the Dolphins. Malik Washington figures to be the primary option in the latter role while Eskridge remains out.

  • Eskridge went without a target while playing eight of the Dolphins' 50 snaps offense and returned three kickoffs for 74 yards in Monday's 28-15 loss to the Steelers. Eskridge's 16 percent offensive snap share placed him fifth among Dolphins wideouts, trailing Jaylen Waddle (84 percent), Malik Washington (56), Nick Westbrook-Ikhine (36) and Cedrick Wilson (20). The fifth-year receiver should continue to be active on game days due to his role as a return man, but he's not expected to see much involvement on offense over the final three games of the campaign.

  • Eskridge (shoulder) was a full participant in Miami's practice Wednesday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. Eskridge is healthy again after having missed the last two games with a shoulder injury. The 28-year-old should resume his role as one of the team's kick returners during Sunday's matchup versus the Saints.
