Stewart (head) was cleared to return to Sunday's game against the Falcons, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports. Stewart was taken to the locker room early in the third quarter to be evaluated for a possible concussion, but he managed to clear tests from medical staff and was back on the field for the Colts at the end of the same frame. Stewart and Neville Gallimore will continue to operate as the Colts' two main defensive tackles due to the absence of DeForest Buckner (neck - IR).

Stewart (foot) is active for Sunday's game against the Steelers. The defensive tackle sat out of both practices to start the week, returned to full participation Friday and carried a questionable tag into the weekend. Stewart has started all eight games in 2025 for Indy, recording 27 tackles (12 solo) and three pass breakups, including an interception.

Stewart had one total tackle, a QB hurry and an interception in Sunday's win over the Chargers. Stewart caught a pop-fly deflected pass at the line for his first career interception. Stewart is an elite run stuffer, so this is a rare interception or sack (just 4.0 sacks the last three seasons).

Stewart (biceps) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Raiders, James Boyd of The Athletic reports. Stewart suffered the injury in the third quarter and went to the sidelines to be evaluated by medical staff. Even if he is cleared to return, the Colts could play it conservatively by leaving the 2017 fourth-rounder out of the game due to their large lead. Neville Gallimore and Adetomiwa Adebawore are slated to see more snaps at defensive tackle for as long as Stewart is out of the game.

Stewart made 74 tackles (29 solo), including 3.5 sacks, across 17 regular-season games with the Colts in 2024. He also had one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. Stewart continues to play at a high level while anchoring the interior of Indianapolis' defensive line. The 31-year-old veteran, who is coming off a career year, has two seasons remaining on his deal with the Colts, though the team has a potential 'out' to weigh after the 2025 campaign.
