  Moore caught one of his three targets for 14 yards during Sunday's 47-10 loss to the Saints. Moore was on the field for just 19 offensive snaps during Sunday's loss, but he was targeted three times, catching one ball for 14 yards. The Panthers' air attack struggled as a whole in Week 1, as Bryce Young threw for just 161 yards and two picks on 30 passing attempts. Moore ranked fifth among Carolina's wide receivers in offensive snaps played in Week 1, so it appears he'll struggle to be fantasy-relevant in his first season with the Panthers unless injuries occur.

• Panthers' David Moore: Gets chance in Carolina

  Moore has signed a one-year contract with the Panthers, Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports. Moore spent the 2021 offseason with Carolina but never played a game for the team, getting released at final roster cuts and landing on the Broncos' practice squad. Most recently, he played for the Buccaneers during the 2023 campaign and accumulated 94 yards and one touchdown while catching five of seven targets across seven games. The 29-year-old doesn't have any more job security than he did the last time he was with the Panthers, as the team has already added Diontae Johnson to a receiving corps that features Adam Thielen, Jonathan Mingo (foot) and Terrace Marshall.

• Buccaneers' David Moore: Limited to one catch Sunday

  Moore brought in his only target for 11 yards in the Buccaneers' 31-23 divisional-round loss to the Lions on Sunday. Moore couldn't quite replicate his showing from Tampa Bay's wild-card win over the Eagles, when he posted two receptions for 66 yards and a touchdown. The veteran was mostly an afterthought this season after spending a sizable chunk of the campaign on the practice squad, and the five receptions for 94 yards and a touchdown he produced across seven regular-season appearances were his first stats from scrimmage since the 2020 season. Moore is slated to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason and could potentially return on a team-friendly deal if he finds a lack of interest in his services on the open market.

  Moore secured two of three targets for 66 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers 32-9 wild-card win over the Eagles on Monday night. The veteran was one of two Buccaneers to parlay some impressive run-after-catch prowess into a score, outrunning multiple defenders to the end zone on a 44-yard touchdown grab late in the first quarter. Moore had a nice chunk gain on his other reception as well, and the Lions may have to devote some attention to him in Sunday's divisional-round clash at Ford Field.

  Moore brought in his only target for eight yards in the Buccaneers' 9-0 win over the Panthers on Sunday. Moore played his usual deep reserve role, logging only one more snap from scrimmage (17) than he did for special teams (16). Moore flashed with a 2-68-1 line in Week 15, but he didn't appear in a regular-season contest until Week 12 and wrapped up the campaign with five receptions for 94 yards and a touchdown on seven targets over seven games. Moore does have postseason experience from his days with the Seahawks early in his career, but he'll likely remain slotted into the No. 4 receiver role during Tampa Bay's wild-card matchup against the Eagles on Monday night.
