Davis tallied six tackles (five solo) in Sunday's Week 17 loss to the Broncos. After working exclusively on special teams in Weeks 12 and 13, Davis has since started each of Los Angeles' past four contests. His six stops Sunday were fifth-most on the team and tied for his highest mark since he made eight tackles against Las Vegas in Week 4. Davis' performance Sunday pushed his season tackle total to 62, two shy of the career-best mark he set in 2020.

Davis recorded eight tackles (all solo) in Sunday's 24-17 win over Las Vegas. The 28-year-old was the second leading tackler for Los Angeles this past Sunday, trailing only Khalil Mack. He's now one tackle short of being the team's leader on the year, recording 25 tackles and three pass breakups through the first four weeks. Davis has been a solid corner in the Chargers' secondary that has struggled this year, giving up over 329 passing yards per game, ranking dead last in the NFL.

Davis participated in the first of the Chargers' 10 voluntary OTAs on Monday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports. Davis suffered a pectoral injury in the Chargers' wild-card loss to the Jaguars last season and was unable to return to the game. However, the cornerback appears to be fully recovered from the issue as he is participating in OTAs this week. As long as he remains healthy, Davis should have a significant role in the team's secondary for the 2023 campaign.

Davis (knee) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Cardinals. Davis picked up an apparent knee injury during practice this week, but it ultimately isn't severe enough to sideline him for the Chargers' Week 12 matchup in Arizona. The 27-year-old should continue operating in his usual every-down cornerback role opposite of Asante Samuel.

Davis (knee) is listed as questionable to play Sunday against the Cardinals, Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times reports. Davis picked up a knee injury while defending a pass during practice, leaving him limited during Thursday's and Friday's sessions, according to Daniel Popper of The Athletic. While the severity of the issue is still unclear, Chargers coach Brandon Staley said he still expects the cornerback to play in Sunday's game versus Arizona, per Popper. Davis has recorded 16 tackles and one pass defended after stepping into a starting role over the past three games, and his absence would likely leave Bryce Callahan to slot in opposite cornerback Asante Samuel in Week 12.
