Lloyd recorded 16 tackles (nine solo) in Sunday's Week 10 loss to Minnesota. The tackle total was a season high for Lloyd and marked the second time he has reached double-digit stops this year. The third-year linebacker leads Jacksonville with 74 tackles through nine games on the campaign and is on pace to surpass the career-best mark of 127 stops he established last season.

Lloyd recorded 11 tackles (five solo) including 1.0 sacks during Sunday's 32-16 win against the Patriots. Lloyd was on the field for nearly all of the Jaguars' defensive snaps in Week 7, and he consequently finished as their leading tackler. He's been the undisputed top option in Jacksonville for snaps at linebacker so far this year, making him a good IDP option headed into a Week 8 matchup versus the Packers.

After opening this week as a non-participant in practice, he was limited in practice Thursday and Friday, and head coach Doug Pederson relayed after Friday's practice session that he expects Lloyd to play in Sunday's AFC South contest, per John Shipley of SI.com. Across the first three games of the regular season, Lloyd tallied 21 tackles (13 solo), two passes defended and one forced fumble.

He was able to practice in a limited capacity Friday, which gives the 2022 first-round pick a real shot at playing Sunday. Lloyd's presence is desperately needed for a Jaguars linebacker corps that will be without Foyesade Oluokun (foot) for multiple weeks.
