Tolbert (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Joe Hoyt of The Dallas Morning News reports. Tolbert will be a healthy inactive for the fourth time in five games as the Cowboys go with five wide receivers on Sunday's active roster in CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens, Ryan Flournoy, KaVontae Turpin and Jonathan Mingo. Tolbert's next chance to play is Christmas Day against the Commanders, though he's unlikely to play in that contest unless there is an injury to the wide receiver corps that opens up a spot on the active roster.

Tolbert is a healthy scratch for the second time in three weeks, heading to the bench in favor of Jonathan Mingo in Week 14. Tolbert played 18 snaps on offense in the team's win over the Chiefs on Thanksgiving, his highest total since Week 7, but he failed to garner a target.

Tolbert was a healthy scratch for this past Sunday's 24-21 win over the Eagles, but he'll rejoin the Cowboys' WR mix in Week 13. Tolbert was a surprising healthy scratch versus the Eagles in Week 12, but he'll suit up versus Kansas City on Thanksgiving Day. He essentially remains off the fantasy radar, though, given he's logged less than 20 percent of offensive snaps in each of the last three games. Jonathan Mingo (coach's decision) is inactive Thursday with Tolbert taking the field.
