  Tillman was not targeted over seven snaps in Sunday's 31-3 loss to Chicago in Week 15. Tillman battled a concussion and a rib injury during the practice week but was eventually cleared and allowed to suit up. The snap volume indicates he may not have been 100 percent, however.   Tillman (concussion/ribs) is active for Sunday's game against the Bears. Tillman didn't practice at all Wednesday or Thursday, but he managed a limited session Friday. That will be enough for him to suit up, which also signifies that he cleared the league's concussion protocol. Tillman has yet to show much rapport with Shedeur Sanders, as he has only two catches for 28 yards across the three games that Sanders has started.

  Tillman (concussion/ribs) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports. Tillman is managing a rib injury and also will need to gain full clearance from the NFL's concussion protocol, including from an independent neurologist, in order to be eligible to play Sunday. Isaiah Bond will stand to benefit from increased opportunities in the receiving game if Tillman ultimately remains sidelined Week 15.

  Tillman failed to catch his only target in Sunday's 26-8 loss to San Francisco in Week 13. Tillman's lone target came early in the second quarter on a day when the wind impacted both team's quarterbacks. He had the second-most snaps among Cleveland's wide receivers, but the Browns' offense isn't structured for leading wideout Jerry Jeudy to hold much fantasy value, much less Tillman as its No. 2. Tillman has one catch on four targets the last two games with Shedeur Sanders under center, and his only two touchdowns this season came during the first two weeks of the season when Joe Flacco was chucking the ball.

  Tillman secured one of three targets for five yards in Cleveland's win over Las Vegas on Sunday. Tillman's three targets tied him with Jerry Jeudy and Dylan Sampson for second on the team behind Harold Fannin (six), but Tillman and Shedeur Sanders showed little on-field chemistry. After totaling seven catches for 74 yards and two touchdowns from Joe Flacco in the first two games of the season, Tillman has just 10 grabs for 100 scoreless yards in five appearances since, making him someone to avoid in fantasy lineups ahead of a Week 13 date with San Francisco.
