  Tillman has missed the past three games with a concussion, but hopefully, he can return in Week 16 at the Bengals. Prior to getting hurt, Tillman had scored at least 18.1 PPR points in three of his past five games, including eight catches for 81 yards on 12 targets against Cincinnati in Week 7. Unfortunately for Tillman, Dorian Thompson-Robinson will start in Week 16, and he isn't expected to boost the value for Tillman, so take that into account. But hopefully, Tillman can be a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in deeper leagues if he returns against the Bengals.

  Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said Monday he's "hopeful" that Tillman (concussion) will be available for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports. Tillman has missed three consecutive games while progressing though the NFL's five-step concussion protocol, but it appears that he's trending in the right direction for Week 16. Stefanski offered similar optimism regarding the status of tight end David Njoku (hamstring), who missed Week 15's loss to the Chiefs. Getting both Tillman and Njoku on the field would provide a notable boost to Cleveland's receiving corps behind Jerry Jeudy, a development that would be particularly helpful with Nick Chubb (foot) having suffered a season-ending fracture.

Per Petrak, coach Kevin Stefanski relayed Friday that Tillman, who practiced in a limited capacity this week, didn't clear the NFL's concussion protocol. With Tillman still sidelined and tight end David Njoku (hamstring) listed as questionable, the Browns' top healthy pass catchers heading into the weekend are WRs Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore.

  Tillman (concussion) was limited at practice Thursday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Tillman also was limited Wednesday, but he'll have one more chance to practice fully before Week 15 injury designations are assigned. He's missed the Browns' last two games, but his ability to practice, albeit in a limited fashion, suggests that he has a chance to gain clearance to suit up Sunday against the Chiefs.
