In two games with Jameis Winston, Moore has 21 targets. He only has 11 catches for 113 yards and no touchdowns over that span, but he could emerge as a No. 3 PPR receiver as the season goes on. Even though Cleveland is on a bye in Week 10, it's not a bad idea to stash Moore in deeper leagues for 1 percent of your remaining FAB.

Moore caught three of nine targets for 28 yards in Sunday's 27-10 loss to the Chargers. Moore has received healthy target volume the last three weeks, averaging nine per contest, and he's amassed 154 yards during that stretch. That increased workload was expected after the Browns traded Amari Cooper (wrist), but so far Moore hasn't capitalized. Outside of a few random efforts during his 26-game stay in Cleveland, he's been unremarkable. The wide receiver is in the final year of a two-year contract and could be a candidate to be dealt with the NFL trade deadline looming Tuesday.

Cedric Tillman has more upside based on what we've seen in the past two games since Amari Cooper was traded to Buffalo, but Moore has quietly done well in those outings against Cincinnati and Baltimore. He has 18 targets over that span for 14 catches and 126 yards, and he scored 16.5 PPR points against the Ravens in Week 8. Most of the attention from the Chargers should go to Tillman, who has 15 catches for 180 yards and two touchdowns on 21 targets in the past two games, and David Njoku, while Moore can still be a reliable weapon for Jameis Winston. I don't mind using Moore as a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in Week 9.

Moore led the Browns with 12 targets in Jameis Winston's first start and caught eight of them for 16.5 PPR Fantasy points. It was his second straight game with double-digit Fantasy points after reaching that mark just once in six tries with Deshaun Watson. If that volume repeats in Week 9, we'll be viewing Moore as a must-start in full PPR.

Moore caught eight of 12 targets for 81 yards in Sunday's 29-24 win over the Ravens in Week 8. Moore established season highs in catches, targets and yards, and he wasn't the only receiver to benefit from Jameis Winston taking over at quarterback for the injured Deshaun Watson (Achilles). Winston wasn't perfect -- he lost a fumble and two passes could easily have been intercepted -- but he guided the offense to its most points scored this season and made onlookers wonder what could have been had head coach Kevin Stefanski replaced Watson sooner. Moore has 14 catches on 18 targets for 122 yards the last two weeks and may have resuscitated a season that had been going nowhere after the first six games.
