• Browns' Elijah Moore: Forgettable stat line in loss

  Moore secured two of six targets for minus-1 yard in the Browns' 21-7 loss to the Chiefs on Sunday. Moore finished second in targets on the afternoon for the Browns, but as his final line demonstrates, he did less than nothing the two times he secured catches. Cleveland suffered from highly ineffective quarterback play Sunday with Jameis Winston and Dorian Thompson-Robinson throwing a combined four interceptions, leaving the team's other pass catchers outside of Jerry Jeudy from capitalizing on the absences of Cedric Tillman (concussion) and David Njoku (hamstring). Moore will likely revert to his No. 3 receiver role in a Week 16 road matchup against the Bengals if Tillman is cleared to suit up.

  I don't particularly want to trust Elijah Moore after last week, but if Cedric Tillman remains out, Moore functions as a high-end boom/bust WR3. He's scored at least 16.5 PPR Fantasy points in half of the games Jameis Winston started. He's below seven Fantasy points in the other half. The Chiefs have been eaten alive by wide receivers lately, with Quentin Johnson, Josh Palmer, Jakobi Meyers, Tre Tucker, David Mooore, Curtis Samuel, Khalil Shakir, Courtland Sutton, and Devaughn Vele all scoring at least 12.8 PPR Fantasy points against them.

• Browns' Elijah Moore: Limited to three catches

  Moore recorded three receptions on four targets for 34 yards in Sunday's 27-14 loss to the Steelers. Moore was expected to benefit from condensed targets in the absence of Cedric Tillman (concussion). That wasn't the case against the Steelers, however, as Jameis Winston targeted seven different pass catchers multiple times. That left Moore with a mediocre line, and he's now had 35 or fewer receiving yards in two of his last four games.

• Browns' Elijah Moore: Clear for Week 14

  Moore (shoulder) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game in Pittsburgh, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports. Moore opened Week 14 prep with a limited listing on Wednesday's practice estimate due to a shoulder injury. While he upgraded to full participation Thursday and maintained that activity level Friday, fellow WR Cedric Tillman (concussion) didn't log any on-field work this week and has been ruled out for Sunday's contest. As a result, Moore will have less competition for passes from QB Jameis Winston, though he likely will rank behind WR Jerry Jeudy and TE David Njoku in the pecking order.

  Moore has played five games with Jameis Winston and has at least eight targets in four of them, with the lone exception of the Week 12 game in the snow against Pittsburgh. He also scored at least 16.5 PPR points in three of those outings, and he's a borderline starter in all leagues in Week 14 in the rematch with the Steelers since six teams are on a bye, especially if Cedric Tillman (concussion) remains out. Pittsburgh has allowed four receivers in the past two games to score at least 12.5 PPR points, which bodes well for Moore and Jerry Jeudy in Week 14.
