Gardner (calf) practiced in full Thursday. Gardner departed Indianapolis' Week 6 loss to Tennessee due to a calf issue and didn't play Week 7 versus Minnesota. However, he practiced in a limited capacity this Wednesday, and with a full practice under his belt one day later, Gardner appears good to go for Sunday's clash in Jacksonville. That should be a big boost to the Colts' secondary after Cam Taylor-Britt (groin) landed on IR on Tuesday.

Gardner (calf) was estimated as a limited participant on the Colts' official injury report Wednesday. Indianapolis held only a walk-through practice Wednesday, but the team gave indication Gardner may have made progress in his recovery from the calf issue that sidelined him in Week 7. He'll still likely have to log a full practice Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.

Gardner (calf) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Vikings. The decision doesn't come as much of a surprise, given that Gardner is considered week-to-week due to a calf injury that he picked up during the Colts' Week 6 loss to the Titans. Cam Taylor-Britt will likely start opposite Charvarius Ward at outside cornerback in the absence of Gardner, whose next chance to play is Week 8 against the Jaguars on Nov. 1.

Gardner was diagnosed with a mild left calf strain following an MRI on Monday and is considered week-to-week, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Gardner was unable to return to Sunday's 26-20 loss to Tennessee after going down with the calf injury in the third quarter. While the Colts are confident that the calf strain won't result in an extended absence, the two-time Pro Bowl cornerback appears likely be sidelined for the team's Week 7 game versus the Vikings. Gardner has gotten off to a lackluster start to his first full season in Indianapolis, logging 17 tackles, four pass breakups and no interceptions through the team's first six games.

Gardner (calf) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Titans, Jake Arthur of Roundtable.io reports. Gardner exited the third quarter of Sunday's game with a calf injury. The cornerback returned to the locker room with what appears to be a significant issue. Cam Taylor-Britt is in at outside cornerback opposite Charvarius Ward.
