Hall (hip) was a limited participant at Seattle's practice Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports. Hall suffered a head injury and ultimately returned to the game in the team's Week 2 win over the Patriots. He has now popped up on the injury report with an unspecified hip injury and the linebacker will look to increase his workload at practice before Sunday's matchup with Miami.

Hall (head) has returned to Sunday's game against New England after being evaluated for a concussion, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports. Hall was evaluated for a concussion in the first half of Sunday's contest, but he has cleared the league's protocols and will be able to return.

Hall recorded two tackles and a sack in Sunday's 26-20 win over the Broncos. Hall played a career-high 45 percent of the defensive snaps, and the second-year pro recorded his first career sack, coming against former Auburn teammate Bo Nix. The 2023 second-round pick could see a drop in playing time once Uchenna Nwosu (knee) returns to the lineup, but it's encouraging that Hall's developing as planned.

Hall aggravated a shoulder injury he dealt with earlier this year during Sunday's 37-3 loss to the Ravens, according to head coach Pete Carroll, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports. Hall worked through the injury during training camp but ultimately may have never fully recovered from it. Whether he is in danger of missing time won't likely be known until later in the week, before the team hosts the Commanders in Week 10.
