Burks was on the field for 44 offensive snaps, which was more than expected as DeAndre Hopkins was severely limited due to an ongoing knee issue. Burks participated in practice Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. Per Wyatt, Burks, who left Wednesday's practice with a trainer after landing hard on the field, appeared unhindered Thursday, which sets the stage for the wideout to be available for Sunday's preseason finale against the Saints. The Titans remain hopeful that DeAndre Hopkins (knee) will be ready for Week 1 action, but in the meantime, Burks is in a position to see added WR reps alongside Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd.

Burks continues to run with the first-unit offense alongside Calvin Ridley while DeAndre Hopkins (knee) remains questionable for the start of the regular season. The larger role would certainly boost Burks' fantasy stock, which took a hit following the signing of Ridley this past offseason. Even when the Titans' veteran wideouts are healthy, Burks figures to remain a part of the passing game in a slot role.
