Warren didn't practice Thursday due to a back issue, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports. Warren wasn't listed Wednesday, so his addition to the Steelers' Week 11 injury report a day later is something to monitor ahead of Sunday's game against the Ravens. Meanwhile, fellow running back Najee Harris, who missed Wednesday's practice with an ankle concern, returned to full participation Thursday.

Jaylen Warren is projected for 8.7 Fantasy points in Week 10. That makes him my RB31 for the week and the best option available off the waiver wire at this position. The Commanders have allowed a league-worst 5.2 yards per carry to running backs this season, and Warren has seen three targets in each of his last three games, so there is a path to double-digit points in full PPR.
-
Warren rushed nine times for 46 yards and caught two of three targets for 17 yards in Monday's 26-18 win over the Giants. Warren continues to be one of the more effective backups in the league with another solid showing off of double-digit touches. The 25-year-old's production has taken off in recent weeks after quarterback Russell Wilson took over the offense Week 7. Najee Harris is still the bell cow of this offense, but Warren has shown that he can be effective in a limited role for those in deeper fantasy formats.

Najee Harris is establishing himself as a quality No. 2 running back in all leagues with his performance in the past two games against the Raiders and Jets, but Warren is worth using as a flex option against the Giants in Week 8. Warren had a solid outing in Week 7 against the Jets with 12 carries for 44 yards and two catches for 15 yards on three targets, and he appears finally over the knee injury that knocked him out for two games prior to Week 6. Harris also should benefit with Russell Wilson starting for the Steelers, and the Giants have allowed six running backs to score at least 13.1 PPR points this season.

Warren rushed 12 times for 44 yards and caught two of three targets for 15 yards in Sunday's 37-15 win over the Jets. Najee Harris was the star of Pittsburgh's rushing attack in a lopsided win over the Jets, but Warren still produced off of 14 combined touches in the win. This was the backup's best output since Week 2 before poor play bookended a minor knee injury in recent weeks. Warren should continue to see a handful of touches behind Harris when the Steelers host the Giants next Monday.
