Hamilton (ankle) is active for Sunday night's game against the Patriots. Hamilton hurt his ankle in practice late in Week 16, but the starting safety evidently will not be kept out of a key primetime matchup. The versatile defensive back will expand the Ravens' defensive capabilities as he looks to extend his streak of 100 percent defensive snap participation to four games.

Hamilton, who is officially questionable for Sunday's Week 16 game versus New England due to an ankle injury, is "more likely to play than not," Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Hamilton appears to have hurt his ankle during practice, as he wasn't on the injury report Wednesday or Thursday before popping up as a limited participant Friday. He was subsequently deemed questionable to play Sunday, though it sounds like he'll be able to take the field. With that said, Rapoport notes that Hamilton's status "is not yet settled" and suggests that the safety will test out the ankle during pregame workouts, so his status probably won't be certain until the Ravens release their list of inactives approximately 90 minutes prior to the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff.

Hamilton (ankle) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Patriots. Hamilton was a new addition to Friday's injury report with an ankle injury. The safety was able to log only a limited session for the last practice of Week 16, and his status for Sunday's primetime bout with the Patriots is in question. The ability to practice in any capacity means the starter will likely be able to play in what is a key game for the Ravens' playoff chances, but if he is unable to go, Ar'Darius Washington will likely start the game at strong safety.

Hamilton tallied eight tackles (three solo) Sunday in a 24-0 win against Cincinnati. Hamilton tied with two other players for the third-most tackles on Baltimore. He's posted at least seven tackles in four of his past five games. Hamilton has recorded a total of 87 stops, including 1.0 sacks, and seven defensed passes over 13 contests this season.

Hamilton does not have an injury designation ahead of Thursday's game against the Bengals. Hamilton rebounded from an ankle injury that limited him in Sunday's win over the Jets. He logged a full practice session in Wednesday's walkthrough and will be ready to roll in an important divisional matchup.
