Coach Doug Pederson said Thursday that Bigsby (shoulder) is "ok" and will play versus Buffalo on Monday Night Football, John Shipley of SI.com reports. Bigsby didn't play any offensive snaps versus the Browns in Week 2. He suffered a shoulder injury on a kickoff return in the second quarter, but was subsequently able to retake the field. After Bigsby looked solid for Jacksonville in Week 1, it was likely due to the shoulder issue that he wasn't called upon to handle a single carry behind Travis Etienne versus Cleveland, while D'Ernest Johnson rushed five times for 26 yards. It sounds like the 2023 third-round pick will be able to resume handling the No. 2 backfield role versus Buffalo.

Bigsby (shoulder) returned to Sunday's loss against Cleveland but didn't play any offensive snaps. Bigsby suffered a shoulder injury during the second quarter on a kickoff return, and he was able to return to the contest during the second half. The 2023 third-round pick didn't play any offensive snaps in the game, as D'Ernest Johnson carried five times for 26 yards behind starting running back Travis Etienne. Bigsby had a promising season opener with 12 carries for 73 yards, but his involvement Week 2 left a lot to be desired. Even though he returned to the field, the shoulder injury may have affected Bigsby's role versus the Browns, so he still should be considered Jacksonville's No. 2 running back for now.

Bigsby was forced out of Sunday's game against the Browns with a shoulder injury. Prior to his exit from the contest, Bigsby hadn't recorded a carry. In his absence, Travis Etienne and D'Ernest Johnson are available to handle the Jaguars' RB duties.

The top two guys on this list last week were Mason and Irving, Bigsby was third. By the time we get to Week 2, they may all be rostered in too many leagues. Bigsby remains in the stash category because I still think he needs an injury to be a flex. Of course, if Travis Etienne fumbles another game away that could change.

Bigsby was Jacksonville's best running back in Week 1 at Miami with 12 carries for 73 yards. Travis Etienne, meanwhile, had 12 carries for 44 yards and a touchdown and caught two passes for 15 yards on three targets. We heard all offseason that Jacksonville wanted to give Bigsby a bigger role, and it played out that way against the Dolphins. He might do enough to be a flex in deeper leagues while Etienne is healthy, and Bigsby could be a lottery ticket if Etienne ever missed any time. Bigsby is worth adding in all leagues for 5-10 percent of your remaining FAB.
