Richardson was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana in Carmel, Indiana earlier this week, Tyler Haughn of FOX 59 reports. It means very little, and Richardson will likely face no punishment from the NFL. He'll continue to serve as Daniel Jones' backup.
-
Richardson is active for Sunday's game against the Commanders in London. Richardson has yet to take any snaps this season, but he'll suit up for a fourth straight game as Daniel Jones' backup after securing the No. 2 job coming out of the preseason. Meanwhile, second-year player Riley Leonard will be inactive as the Colts' emergency No. 3 quarterback.

Richardson (groin) was a full participant at practice Thursday. Richardson didn't practice Wednesday due to a groin injury but resumed practicing without limitations Thursday, suggesting the backup QB isn't in danger of missing Sunday night's game at Kansas City. Daniel Jones struggled in the Week 1 loss to the Ravens but remains locked in as the starter for the Colts.

Richardson (groin) did not practice Wednesday. It's a new injury for Richardson, leaving his status for Week 2 against the Chiefs uncertain. If Richardson can't dress, Riley Leonard would serve as the Colts' QB2 behind Daniel Jones.
-
Richardson remains on the 53-man roster for the Colts. Richardson requested a trade over the offseason, but the Colts elected not to move him, and he remains part of the Indianapolis organization for the time being. It remains to be seen, though, if he or Riley Leonard will open as the backup behind starting signal-caller Daniel Jones.
