Cade York K | NO
Browns' Cade York: Misses FG
York converted one of two field-goal attempts and two of two extra-point kicks in Sunday's 23-17 overtime win over Tampa Bay in Week 12.
York connected from 51 yards in the first quarter -- his fourth conversion on seven tries from 50-plus yards -- then followed up by going wide left from 38 yards two drives later. The rookie kicker had been a darling of training camp, mostly because of his distance, but York has had three field-goal attempts blocked and failed to convert on at least one kick in four of the last five games. Only one of his misses in 2022 can be viewed as costing the Browns a game, and while the preseason bloom has withered, York is way down the list of issues contributing to Cleveland's 4-7 record.

Tyler Bass K | BUF
Bills' Tyler Bass: Key role as Bills get needed win
Bass connected on both field-goal tries and two of three extra-point tries in Thursday's win over the Lions.
Bass missed his first extra-point attempt on the season and it almost proved costly for the Bills in a back-and-forth contest, but he redeemed himself by hitting the game-winner -- a 45-yarder -- with just a few seconds left as the Bills survived and won their second straight. The missed XPT was the first by Bass in a regular-season game since Week 14 of 2020, quite the streak for the third-year kicker. Bass leads the NFL with 101 points.

Greg Zuerlein K | NYJ
Jets' Greg Zuerlein: One make, one miss from deep
Zuerlein connected on a 57-yard field goal but also missed a 53-yard attempt in Sunday's 31-10 win over the Bears. He made all four of his PAT attempts.
Zuerlein showed off his impressive leg strength in the final minute of the first half, connecting from 57 yards out with plenty of height to spare while kicking through a steady rain. Given the conditions, his miss from 53 with the game well in hand in the fourth was forgivable. Prior to Zuerlein's first official attempt, he lined up for a 36-yard field goal, but punter Braden Mann fumbled on the hold and threw the ball away for an incomplete pass. With New York's offense trending up after Mike White's insertion at quarterback, Zuerlein could be an intriguing Week 13 option against the Vikings.

Caleb Shudak K | TEN
Titans' Caleb Shudak: Comes off PUP list
The Titans activated Shudak (undisclosed) from the reserve/PUP list Saturday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
An undrafted rookie signee of the Titans back in May, Shudak suffered an unknown injury near the end of the offseason program in mid-June and has resided on the PUP list since the early days of training camp. However, the team designated him for return Tuesday, and with Randy Bullock (calf) ruled out as of Saturday, Shudak will serve as Tennessee's kicker Sunday against the Bengals. In his final season at Iowa in 2021, Shudak made 24 of 28 field-goal attempts and all 36 point-after tries.

Nick Folk K | NYJ
Patriots' Nick Folk: Scores 14 points
Folk made all four of his field-goal attempts and both his extra-point attempts in Thursday's 33-26 loss to the Vikings.
Folk had a perfect night, bouncing back from a two-miss performance in Week 11. He kept the Patriots in the game by making field goals from 34, 46, 23 and 25 yards away. Folk has now made 24 of his 28 field goals this season and has scored at least 14 points in three of his last four games.

Mike Badgley K | BUF
Lions' Michael Badgley: First miss of season
Badgley converted one of two field-goal attempts and both of his PATs during Thursday's 28-25 loss to Buffalo.
Badgley was 10-for-10 on field-goal attempts before shanking a 29-yard attempt in the third quarter. He somewhat redeemed himself in the fourth quarter by nailing a game-tying 51-yard kick with 23 seconds left in regulation. Now that Detroit's offense is getting back on track after a mid-season, injury-induced offensive lull, fantasy managers could do worse at kicker than Badgley in a Week 13 matchup with the Jaguars.

Graham Gano K | NYG
Giants' Graham Gano: Rebounds with strong Week 12
Gano made both of his field-goal attempts, including a 57-yarder, and converted both of his extra-point tries Thursday against Dallas on Thanksgiving.
An ill Gano struggled mightily last week against Detroit, missing both of his extra-point tries while not attempting a field goal for the first time since Week 1. He bounced back in impressive fashion Thursday, converting a 57-yard field goal on New York's second possession and a 47-yarder just before halftime. The veteran kicker also made both of his point-after tries, so it's probably safe to say that last week's struggles were a result of his illness and not a reason to be concerned about his reliability moving forward.

Brett Maher K | LAR
Cowboys' Brett Maher: Rare miss in Thanksgiving win
Maher missed his only field-goal attempt but connected on all four of his extra points in Thursday's win over the Giants.
His 46-yard miss in the fourth quarter didn't affect the final result, but it was his first misfire on a FG attempt of less than 50 yards all season. Maher is 22-for-22 on PATs over the last five games, giving him a steady fantasy floor, but he's seen more than one FG attempt only once during that stretch as the efficiency of the Dallas offense has limited his ceiling.

Dustin Hopkins K | CLE
Chargers' Dustin Hopkins: Suffers setback
Chargers head coach Brandon Staley said Wednesday that Hopkins (hamstring) suffered a setback in his recovery, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
As a result of the setback, Hopkins was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, prompting the Chargers to sign Cameron Dicker to their active roster to replace him as the team's kicker. Hopkins has missed five of the team's last six contests due to a hamstring strain and will now be sidelined for at least four additional contests while on IR.
