  • Football Team's Dustin Hopkins: Misses extra point

Hopkins made a 48-yard field goal but missed his lone extra-point try in Sunday's 20-15 loss to the Seahawks.

Hopkins made his 12th field goal from beyond 40 yards this season, and he's now 12 for 18 from that range. The veteran kicker has now made 23 of 30 field-goal tries and 27 of 29 extra-point attempts this season. While Hopkins has been a bit inconsistent this season, this was the first time since Week 7 that he failed to connect on two or more field-goal tries. He'll look to get back on track in Week 16 against the Panthers.

  • Cowboys' Greg Zuerlein: Big day in wild win

Zuerlein converted two of his three field-goal attempts and all five of his extra points in Sunday's 41-33 win over the 49ers.

His 60-yard attempt at the end of the first half drifted wide right, but otherwise Zuerlein took full advantage of his largest volume of the season, as the Cowboys scored 40 or more points for the first time since Dak Prescott (ankle) got hurt. The veteran kicker has seen at least three FG attempts in four straight games and six of the last seven, giving him significant upside in Week 16's clash with the Eagles.

  • Graham Gano K | NYG

Giants' Graham Gano: Scores six points

Gano made both field-goal attempts in Sunday's 20-6 loss to the Browns.

Gano made kicks from 39 and 37 yards, putting up the Giants' only points in Week 15. The 33-year-old kicker continues to be automatic this year, as he's connected on 28 of 29 field-goal tries and has only misfired from 57 yards. He'll look to keep the hot streak alive in Week 16 against the Ravens.

  • Nick Folk K | NYJ

Patriots' Nick Folk: Lone scorer in divisional loss

Folk connected on all four field-goal attempts in Sunday's 22-12 loss to the Dolphins.

Folk made two field goals from 45 yards out, and he added kicks from 42 and 35 yards as well. The veteran kicker was the Patriots' only scorer Sunday. He continues to be extremely dependable; he's converted 25 of 27 field goals (93 percent), including 12 kicks from beyond 40 yards. He'll look to keep it rolling in Week 16 against the Bills.

  • Colts' Rodrigo Blankenship: Drills 53-yarder

Blankenship connected on both field-goal attempts and all three extra-point tries in Sunday's 27-20 win over the Texans.

Blankenship nailed a 35-yarder on the first drive of the second quarter, and he drilled a 53-yarder on the next drive, marking a career long with his first made field goal from beyond 50 yards. The rookie is in the race for the most points in the league, as his 125 ties him for second and has him just eight points shy of Falcons kicker Younghoe Koo.

  • Matt Gay K | SF

Rams' Matt Gay: Hits all four kicks in loss

Gay connected on 45- and 42-yard field-goal attempts and both his extra-point kicks during Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Jets.

The second-year kicker has been reliable for Los Angeles and fantasy managers through five games, and he's also set up for another solid performance in Week 16 against the Seahawks. Gay is worth considering in most settings.

  • Jason Myers K | SEA

Seahawks' Jason Myers: Sets record in Sunday's win

Myers connected on both field-goal attempts and both extra-point tries in Sunday's 20-15 win over Washington.

Myers made field goals from 43 and 40 yards. With his second field goal of the afternoon, Myers set a Seahawks record of 31 straight made field goals in the regular season, dating back to Week 10 of last year. Myers has been automatic, and he's up to 102 points this season.

  • Raiders' Daniel Carlson: Nine points in TNF contest

Carlson converted a pair of field-goal attempts and made all three of his extra-point tries in Thursday's 30-27 overtime loss to the Chargers.

Carlson's nine points on Thursday Night Football matched his Week 14 line as well, nailing multiple field goals from inside 30 yards to accompany a trio of extra points again. Carlson hasn't missed an attempt since Week 8 as Las Vegas is now slated to host the Dolphins for a Week 16 Saturday night matchup.

  • Younghoe Koo K | NYG

Falcons' Younghoe Koo: Keeps conversion streak alive

Koo made both of his field-goal attempts while going 3-for-3 on point-after tries during Sunday's 31-27 loss to Tampa Bay.

The Georgia Southern product continues a tremendous streak of play by virtue of his Week 15 performance, as Koo is now a perfect 30-for-30 on field goals and extra points over his past six outings. Koo boasts a sterling conversion rate of 97.2 percent on 36 field-goal tries for the season, though his 90.3 percent PAT rate is a work in progress. He remains the NFL's leading scorer with 133 points heading into a Week 16 road trip to Kansas City.

  • Texans' Ka'imi Fairbairn: Makes all kicks in loss

Fairbairn was successful on two of two field-goal attempts and made both of his extra-point kicks in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Colts.

Fairbairn benefitted from Houston's failure in the red zone, where they scored just one touchdown over four trips. The eight-point effort gives him 97 for the season, which puts him in the middle of pack heading into Week 16 against the Bengals, who are tied for 30th in fantasy points allowed to kickers.
