  • Daniel Jones QB | IND

Giants' Daniel Jones: Could return Week 14

Coach Joe Judge said Monday that he'll give Jones (hamstring) "every opportunity" to play in Week 14, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Jones managed to practice in a limited capacity Friday, but he was nonetheless forced to sit out Sunday's upset win over the Seahawks due to his hamstring strain. He'll work to limit himself to a one-game absence by proving his health once the Giants resume practicing, though a decision on Jones' availability could realistically come down to the wire. Colt McCoy will start versus the Cardinals if Jones ends up sidelined again.

  • Drew Lock QB | SEA

Broncos' Drew Lock: Falls short on SNF

Lock (undisclosed) completed 15 of 28 pass attempts for 151 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions in Sunday's 22-16 loss to Kansas City.

Lock returned from a precautionary one-week absence that resulted in all three of the Broncos' quarterbacks on the 53-man roster sitting out Week 12 entirely. The enigmatic franchise quarterback appeared to be cool and collected on the road as a two-score underdog, leading his team to a halftime lead against the Chiefs with a little help from his defense. The 24-year-old even had a chance to win the contest in the closing moments until reality reared its ugly head and saw him throw his second interception to Tyrann Mathieu in narrow defeat. It should still be considered a step in the right direction, as overcoming expectations is not an easy thing to do at the professional level and also in the national spotlight. From a fantasy perspective, Lock simply isn't the prospect GM John Elway hoped he would be, as he has regressed to a 55 percent completion rate a poor TD-to-INT ratio (9:13) in his sophomore campaign. Aside from 2QB formats, there should be a better option available for fantasy managers heading into the most important part of the fantasy schedule.

  • Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes: Is Denver Mahomes' Kryptonite?

Mahomes completed 25 of 40 pass attempts for 318 yards and a touchdown, adding 26 more yards on four carries in a 22-16 win over the Broncos on Sunday.

Mahomes and Co. were able to will their way to a narrow victory over the now 4-8 Broncos, but things were looking bleak until the fourth quarter of what should have been a lopsided victory on paper. The 25-year-old phenom has only had two games this season in which he was limited to single-digit scores, and both of those have come against the sub-.500 Broncos. Denver's defense is no pushover, but Mahomes has seemed to dismantle any top-tier defensive unit put in his way. The good news for the signal caller's managers is that the Chiefs won't have to face the Broncos again this fantasy season. Next week's opponent, the Miami Dolphins, are no pushovers defensively either, but Mahomes is about as "must-start" as they come these days.

  • Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT

Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Reaches 400 career TDs

Rodgers completed 25 of 34 passes for 295 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 30-16 win over the Eagles.

It was another surgical performance for Rodgers, who found Robert Tonyan on a 25-yard TD late in the second quarter sandwiched between a pair of red-zone touchdowns to Davante Adams. The second score to Adams was also a record setter, as Rodgers reached 400 career touchdown passes faster than any other player in NFL history. He'll look to bolster his MVP case further, and get the Packers closer to another NFC North title, in Week 14 against a very vulnerable Lions secondary.

  • Jalen Hurts QB | PHI

Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Throws first career TD in loss

Hurts replaced Carson Wentz at quarterback early in the third quarter of Sunday's 30-16 loss to the Packers, completing five of 12 passes for 109 yards and a touchdown with one interception. He also gained 29 rushing yards on five carries.

The Eagles produced only a field goal in the first two quarters, and after Wentz led them to another three-and-out to begin the second half, Hurts got the call. While he wasn't particularly efficient in the first extended action of his NFL career, he did toss a 32-yard TD to Greg Ward midway through the fourth quarter for Philly's only offensive touchdown of the day. It's not clear yet who Doug Pederson will name as his starting QB for Week 14, but whoever is under center will face a very tough test against the Saints.

  • Justin Herbert QB | LAC

Chargers' Justin Herbert: Struggles in loss to Patriots

Herbert completed 26 of 53 pass attempts for 209 yards and two interceptions during Sunday's 45-0 loss to the Patriots.

Herbert completed less than half of his pass attempts and averaged a dismal 3.9 yards per attempt. He threw interceptions on back-to-back drives to start the third quarter with his team down big and failed to throw a touchdown pass for the first time in his young career. Herbert had an excellent 8:2 TD:INT over his previous four games and should bounce back next Sunday in an inviting matchup with the Falcons.

  • Kyler Murray QB | MIN

Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Tosses three TDs in loss

Murray completed 21 of 39 passes for 173 yards and three touchdowns with one interception in Sunday's 38-28 loss to the Rams.

While he found the end zone three times with his arm, it was otherwise another disappointing effort from Murray, as his INT was taken the other way for a 35-yard TD by Troy Hill late in the fourth quarter while the Cards were trying to mount a comeback. Perhaps more distressingly for anyone with fantasy shares in the second-year QB, he once again produced little on the ground, gaining only 15 rushing yards on five carries. Until his shoulder is closer to 100 percent, Murray's scrambling opportunities will likely remain capped, giving him shaky value heading into Week 14's clash with a Giants defense that just stifled Russell Wilson.

  • Jared Goff QB | DET

Rams' Jared Goff: Tops 350 yards in win

Goff completed 37 of 47 passes for 351 yards and one touchdown in Sunday's 38-28 win over the Cardinals. He also carried the ball four times for one yard and a TD.

It's the third time in the last five games Goff has attempted more than 40 passes and turned that volume into big yardage, but with the Rams continuing to lean on the running game to get the ball into the end zone -- including his own goal-line sneak early in the fourth quarter -- he has only a 5:4 TD:INT in those three contests. Goff may not need to air it out as much in Week 14 in what could be a lower-scoring affair against the Patriots.

  • Russell Wilson QB | NYG

Seahawks' Russell Wilson: Struggles in loss to Giants

Wilson completed 27 of 43 pass attempts for 263 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Week 13 against the Giants. He added seven carries for 45 yards.

Wilson led a strong opening drive that led to a field goal, racking up 35 yards on six pass attempts. However, the Seahawks' offense didn't manage to put up points again until midway through the fourth quarter, when Wilson connected with Chris Carson for a 28-yard touchdown. The result was an inefficient performance, summarized by Wilson averaging only 6.1 yards per attempt. Despite the down performance, Wilson did manage to add value on the ground, surpassing 40 rushing yards for the third time in his last four games. He and Seahawks will look to get back on track in what should be an exceptional Week 14 matchup against the Jets.

  • Colt McCoy QB | ARI

Giants' Colt McCoy: Manages Giants to victory

McCoy completed 13 of 22 passes for 105 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Week 13 against the Seahawks.

The Giants relied heavily on their rushing attack and defense, limiting McCoy's opportunity to take to the air. His only touchdown came late in the third quarter after the Giants took over on a short field and utilized four consecutive rush attempts to move to the six-yard line. Once able to supplement his passing with his legs, the 34-year-old McCoy was able to muster only two yards on two rushing attempts. It remains to be seen whether Daniel Jones (hamstring) will remain sidelined for a Week 14 matchup against the Cardinals.
