  • Trace McSorley QB | WAS

Ravens' Trace McSorley: Activated from COVID list

The Ravens activated McSorley from the reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday, Ryan Mink of the team's official site reports.

McSorley is in line to serve as Robert Griffin's backup during Wednesday's game against the Steelers since Lamar Jackson (illness) is on the COVID-19 list. Since being selected in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, McSorley has played just one snap.

  • Colts' Jacoby Brissett: Scores two rushing TDs

Brissett was 0-for-2 passing and had three carries for three yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's loss to Tennessee.

Brissett continues to be used in goal-line packages and vultured away two touchdowns from the running backs. He also played a series on offense when the game became a blowout.

  • Tua Tagovailoa QB | ATL

Dolphins' Tua Tagovailoa: Has chance to return Week 13

The Dolphins are optimistic Tagovailoa (thumb) will return Sunday against the Bengals, Adam H. Beasley of the Miami Herald reports.

Tagovailoa was held out this past Sunday versus the Jets due to a left thumb injury, which included swelling and even weakness in the appendage. Afterward, coach Brian Flores noted Tagovailoa was "very close" to being able to suit up, but in the end the Dolphins opted for caution with the rookie signal-caller. Once he's medically cleared, Tagovailoa will take over the starting quarterback gig from Ryan Fitzpatrick.

  • Russell Wilson QB | NYG

Seahawks' Russell Wilson: Throws one touchdown in win

Wilson completed 22 of 31 passes for 230 yards and a touchdown in Monday night's 23-17 win over the Eagles. He also rushed six times for 12 yards.

Wilson didn't put up gaudy numbers, but he did enough to lead the Seahawks to victory and did not turn the ball over. The quarterback's lone touchdown came on a one-yard fade pass to David Moore during the second quarter, but Wilson had another one dropped by wideout DK Metcalf in the fourth. Although his scoring pace has slowed since his sensational start, Wilson remains a strong play ahead of Week 13's matchup against the Giants.

  • Reid Sinnett QB | CIN

Reid Sinnett: Slides down to practice squad

Sinnett reverted to the Dolphins' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Sinnett was pulled up from the practice squad Saturday afternoon, with Tua Tagovailoa (thumb) being listed as doubtful at the time. The San Diego product was ultimately not needed in relief, as Ryan Fitzpatrick was under center throughout a 20-3 victory over the Jets.

  • Daniel Jones QB | IND

Giants' Daniel Jones: Avoids major injury

Jones (hamstring) has a chance to suit up against Seattle in Week 13, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Jones was forced out of last weekend's win over the Bengals due to a hamstring injury, and while it still appears that he could be in danger of missing time, the second-year signal-caller has at least avoided a severe injury. It sounds like the final decision on Jones' availability versus Seattle will come down to what he's able to do in practice this week. If it's determined that Jones needs more rest, backup Colt McCoy will likely be called upon to slot back in under center. According to Dan Duggan of The Athletic, Jones is considered unlikely to face the Seahawks.

  • Tua Tagovailoa QB | ATL

Dolphins' Tua Tagovailoa: Uncertain for Week 13

Coach Brian Flores said Monday that he doesn't yet know whether Tagovailoa (thumb) will be ready for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Cameron Wolfe of ESPN.com reports.

Tagovailoa sat out last weekend's divisional victory over the still-winless Jets due to a thumb injury, and it sounds possible that his absence could extend another contest. If that's the case, veteran gunslinger Ryan Fitzpatrick will be called upon to make another appearance under center. The Dolphins will monitor Tagovailoa throughout practice this week en route to making a decision about his Week 13 availability.

  • Joe Burrow QB | CIN

Bengals' Joe Burrow: Surgery on tap

Burrow (knee) is scheduled to undergo surgery to address his torn left ACL this week, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.

Coach Zac Taylor didn't offer a timetable for Burrow's return to Cincinnati, nor has he disclosed an official timeline for the rookie's recovery from a torn left ACL and MCL, plus additional ligament damage. Still, there appears to be optimism that Burrow could be ready to kick off the 2021 campaign as long as he can avoid setbacks in his rehab. Despite having his debut season cut short, Burrow set Bengals rookie records in terms of both completion percentage (65.3) and passing yards per game (268.8).

  • Mitch Trubisky QB | TEN

Bears' Mitchell Trubisky: Trending toward Week 13 start

Trubisky appears likely to start against the Lions in Week 13, Jeff Dickerson of ESPN.com reports.

Coach Matt Nagy didn't officially name Trubisky his starter while speaking to the media Monday, but Adam Jahns of The Athletic agrees that the 2017 No. 2 overall pick looks set to get another chance under center. Trubisky threw 242 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions against the Packers during Sunday night's 41-25 divisional loss, but much of that production was racked up with the game well out of hand. Should Nick Foles (hip) make substantial progress in his recovery this week, it could make Nagy's decision to determine a starter more complicated.

  • Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT

Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Four more scores outdoors

Rodgers completed 21 of 29 pass attempts for 211 yards and four touchdowns in Sunday's 41-25 victory over Chicago.

Rodgers methodically dismantled one of the league's best pass defenses in the national spotlight, putting the game seemingly out of reach with three touchdowns on the Packers' first three drives. The future Hall of Famer also reached 50,000 career passing yards, becoming just the 11th quarterback to ever reach that milestone. The 36-year-old has been on an absolute tear this season -- outside of an anomalous ugly outing against Tampa Bay in Week 6 -- completing 69 percent of his passes for 3,100 yards and 33 touchdowns to just four interceptions. Rodgers will look to strengthen his MVP bid in a favorable matchup against the Eagles on Sunday.
