Nick Mullens QB | JAC
49ers' Nick Mullens: Throws for 252 yards vs. Rams
Mullens completed 24 of 25 pass attempts for 252 yards and an interception during Sunday's 23-20 win over the Rams.
Mullens completed an impressive 69 percent of his attempts and averaged a respectable 7.2 yards per attempt. He failed to throw a touchdown pass while throwing an interception and taking two sacks, but he orchestrated the drive that resulted in the game-winning field goal for his first taste of victory since Week 3. Mullens is expected to start again next Monday against the Bills but seems unlikely to produce impressive fantasy totals.

Mitch Trubisky QB | TEN
Bears' Mitchell Trubisky: Three touchdown passes in loss
Trubisky completed 26 of 46 passes for 242 yards and three touchdowns along with two interceptions in Chicago's 41-25 loss to the Packers on Sunday.
Trubisky and the Bears quickly fell behind in this contest, but once the game was out of hand, he was able to pile up significant production while the defense was no longer playing aggressively. Should he continue to function as a starting quarterback, he'll be considered a low-upside fantasy option.

Jared Goff QB | DET
Rams' Jared Goff: Commits three turnovers vs. 49ers
Goff completed 19 of 31 pass attempts for 198 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's 23-20 loss to the 49ers. He also lost a fumble.
Goff averaged a pedestrian 6.4 yards per attempt and completed just 61 percent of his passes. He also hurt his team with some poorly-timed turnovers, including a fumble just before halftime and a pick-six on his first drive of the second half. Goff was masterful in last week's win over the Buccaneers, so this poor performance in an important divisional game is disappointing to both the Rams and his fantasy managers. He will look to bounce back next Sunday in a favorable matchup against the Cardinals.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Titans' Ryan Tannehill: Makes most off 22 attempts
Tannehill completed 13 of 22 pass attempts for 221 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Week 12 against the Colts. He added three yards and an additional touchdown on the ground.
Tannehill threw just seven passes in the second half as Tennessee held a three-score lead for the entirety of the final two quarters. However, he still managed to produce thanks to a long 69-yard touchdown pass to A.J. Brown in the first quarter, the majority of which came after the catch. Tannehill also found the end zone with his legs on a one-yard scamper just before halftime. Tannehill will likely be forced to do more to earn a win in Week 13 against the Browns.

Patrick Mahomes QB | KC
Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes: Eye-popping numbers in win
Mahomes completed 37 of 49 passes for 462 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in the Chiefs' 27-24 win over the Buccaneers on Sunday. He also rushed four times for 28 yards and lost a fumble.
The reigning Super Bowl MVP was on fire from the opening gun, posting a 229-yard tally in the first quarter alone. Mahomes comfortably got there with the help of touchdown strikes of 75 and 44 yards to Tyreek Hill in that opening period, and while less prolific in the second half after Kansas City had built up a lead, he still connected with Hill one final time from 20 yards away at the 7:04 mark of the third quarter. Mahomes then gained some valuable yards with his legs on the Chiefs' final clock-killing drive, capping off what turned out to be a relatively hard-fought victorious duel with the legendary Tom Brady. Mahomes has now thrown for over 400 yards in two of his last four games, and he's recorded no fewer than 348 passing yards in any contest during that span. Moreover, he'll head into a Week 13 Sunday night divisional battle against the Broncos with a four-game multi-touchdown streak in tow as well.

Baker Mayfield QB | TB
Browns' Baker Mayfield: Capitalizes on positive matchup
Mayfield completed 19 of 29 pass attempts for 258 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Week 12 against the Jaguars.
Mayfield experienced an unexpected spike in volume, recording his highest pass-attempt total since Week 5. He was also efficient, as he averaged 8.9 yards per attempt to surpass 250 yards for only the second time on the campaign. Mayfield showed particular rapport with Jarvis Landry, connecting for three plays of 20 or more yards as well as a five-yard first-quarter touchdown. He'll likely be required to move the Browns offense efficiently again to keep pace with the Titans in Week 13.

Brandon Allen QB | NYG
Bengals' Brandon Allen: Struggles in loss to Giants
Allen completed 17 of 29 pass attempts for 136 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Sunday's 19-17 loss to the Giants.
Allen averaged a measly 4.7 yards per attempt while completing just 59 percent of his passes. He threw an interception that set up a field goal in the third quarter before connecting with Tee Higgins for a one-yard touchdown in the final minutes of the fourth. With a 2:3 TD:INT and an average of just 152.6 yards per game over his last three outings, Allen seems likely to struggle against a tough Dolphins defense next Sunday if he's given another chance to start.

Daniel Jones QB | IND
Giants' Daniel Jones: Could miss time
Jones suffered a "pretty bad" hamstring injury during Sunday's 19-17 victory at Cincinnati that may force him to miss some time, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
Jones logged just four offensive snaps in two stints after injuring his right hamstring in the third quarter, otherwise yielding QB duties to backup Colt McCoy. Afterward, coach Joe Judge told Ralph Vacchiano of SportsNet New York that Jones was slated for an MRI and additional testing, and it appears likely the Giants will be without the second-year signal-caller for at least one game. Expect clarity on Jones' health to emerge in due time.

Derek Carr QB | NO
Raiders' Derek Carr: Fumbles galore in Week 12 loss
Carr completed 22 of 34 pass attempts for 215 yards, throwing no touchdowns and committing one interception during Sunday's 43-6 loss to the Falcons. He also fumbled three times, losing all three to the opposition.
It was a disastrous day for Carr, with his third-quarter interception to Deion Jones going for a 67-yard pick-six. The quarterback's three fumbles resulted in a combined 13 points for Atlanta, and he was unable to muster a passing TD for the second time over his past three outings. A Week 13 matchup against the Jets should provide relief, with New York ranking 29th in completions allowed and 28th in passing yardage surrendered to opposing QBs this season. What's more, Jets defensive backs Brian Poole (shoulder), Bless Austin (neck) and Bradley McDougald (shoulder) are all currently residing on injured reserve.

Kirk Cousins QB | LV
Vikings' Kirk Cousins: Tosses trio of scores sans Thielen
Cousins completed 34 of 45 passes for 307 yards with three touchdowns, a two-point conversion pass and no interceptions in the Vikings' 28-27 win over the Panthers on Sunday. He also rushed four times for 19 yards and lost a fumble that was returned for a touchdown.
Playing without top target Adam Thielen (reserve/COVID-19), Cousins nevertheless managed to put together an excellent fantasy performance and capped off what proved to be a game-winning drive with a clutch 10-yard touchdown pass to Chad Beebe in the closing minute. Cousins also connected with Justin Jefferson for scoring tosses of 12 and 10 yards in the first and fourth quarter, respectively, leading to his fourth consecutive contest with multiple touchdown throws. The veteran signal-caller has no fewer than 292 passing yards in three straight contests, a streak he'll look to extend in a highly favorable home matchup versus the Jaguars in Week 13.
