Mitch Trubisky QB | TEN
Bears' Mitchell Trubisky: Believed to be healthy for Week 12
Trubisky (shoulder) is expected to be available for Sunday's game against the Packers, but the Bears have yet to decide whether he or Nick Foles (hip) will be the team's starting quarterback Week 12, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Head coach Matt Nagy is expected to speak to the media later Wednesday, at which point some clarity on the Bears' muddled quarterback situation heading into the Week 12 matchup should arrive. Rapoport relays that Foles -- who has started the team's past seven games -- would likely remain atop the depth chart if deemed healthy, but Foles may still be feeling the effects of the hip pointer he sustained in the Bears' Nov. 16 loss to the Vikings prior to a Week 11 bye. At the very least, Trubisky looks like he should unseat Tyler Bray as the Bears' No. 2 quarterback after he missed the team's final two games before the bye week with a right shoulder injury.

Sam Darnold QB | SEA
Jets' Sam Darnold: Could return to action Week 12
Jets head coach Adam Gase said Darnold (shoulder) will be a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Ethan B. Greenberg of the team's official site reports.
That said, Andy Vasquez of The Bergen Record relays that Darnold is slated to "have a pretty full workload," a positive early sign for the quarterback's chances of putting an end to a two-game absence Sunday against the Dolphins. Before reaching a decision on his status for Week 12, however, the Jets will evaluate Darnold on a day-by-day basis in each of the team's three practices. Joe Flacco would pick up another start Sunday if Darnold can't gain clearance to play.

Gardner Minshew QB | ARI
Jaguars' Gardner Minshew: Not ready for starting duties
Jaguars head coach Doug Marrone said Wednesday that Minshew (thumb) won't be ready to handle starting duties this weekend versus the Browns, though the 24-year-old could serve as a backup to Mike Glennon, Mark Long of the Associated Press reports.
Minshew has been dealing with multiple fractures and a sprained ligament to the thumb on his throwing hand for nearly a month, missing three games along the way. He at least took a step forward last week by practicing in a limited fashion Wednesday through Friday and carrying a questionable tag into the weekend, but he was ultimately inactive for the Jaguars' 27-3 loss to the Steelers. Per John Shipley of SI.com, Minshew is slated to increase his throwing in practice this week, and if he demonstrates enough progress, he could be active as the backup over Jake Luton, who has been benched in favor of Glennon after starting the past three weeks. Assuming Minshew endures no setbacks and is able to progressively ramp up his activity, he should be on track to reclaim starting duties Week 13 in Minnesota, regardless of how Glennon performs against Cleveland.

Jake Luton QB | LV
Jaguars' Jake Luton: Headed for backup role
Jaguars head coach Doug Marrone said Wednesday that Luton will be bypassed for the start at quarterback Week 12 against the Browns in favor of Mike Glennon, the Associated Press reports.
The rookie sixth-round pick had started each of the past three games in place of an injured Gardner Minshew (thumb) and proved remarkably inefficient, completing only 54.5 percent of his throws for 5.7 yards per attempt while tossing two touchdowns against six interceptions. Even with the 1-9 Jaguars in evaluation mode at this stage of the season, Marrone decided he had seen enough from the rookie and will instead hope that Glennon -- who will be making his first start since 2017 -- can provide some semblance of stability under center. Minshew, meanwhile, hasn't quite healed from the multiple fractures and sprained ligament in his right thumb and won't be available as anything more than a backup against Cleveland, but Marrone is hopeful the second-year signal-caller can take back the starting role Dec. 6 in Minnesota if he can resume throwing fully by next week.

Brandon Allen QB | NYG
Bengals' Brandon Allen: Poised for Week 12 start
The Bengals are planning to have Allen start at quarterback Sunday against the Giants, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
After serving as the Bengals' backup quarterback in each of the team's first 10 games and working in relief of Joe Burrow after the rookie tore his ACL and MCL in Sunday's loss to Washington, Ryan Finley was widely viewed as the favorite for the Week 12 nod. Instead, the Bengals are expected to cast their lot with Allen, who had been on the team's practice squad up until earlier this week. While Allen should benefit from his existing familiarity with head coach Zac Taylor's offensive system from their time together with the Rams, the 28-year-old doesn't profile as a particularly exciting fantasy option. His three NFL appearances all came last season with the Broncos, with Allen completing just 39 of 84 attempts (46.4 percent) for 515 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions.

Mike White QB | CAR
Mike White: Back with Jets' practice squad
White signed to the Jets' practice squad Tuesday.
White was waived from the active roster Monday, but he'll remain with the organization after going unclaimed on waivers. The 25-year old could be promoted again for Week 12 if Sam Darnold (shoulder) isn't a sure bet to be available.

Matthew Stafford QB | LAR
Lions' Matthew Stafford: Maintains limited participation
Stafford (right thumb) was a limited participant in Tuesday's walkthrough practice, Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com reports.
There hasn't been any indication that Stafford is in danger of missing Thursday's game against the Texans, but his reps likely will remain limited all week. The 32-year-old played through the partial ligament tear in his right thumb last week against the Panthers and completed just 55 percent of his passes for 178 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions. While his performance was clearly hindered, he draws a favorable Week 12 matchup, as the Texans have allowed 7.8 yards per pass attempt this year (sixth-most in the league).

Kyler Murray QB | MIN
Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Works out on side at practice
Murray (shoulder) worked out on a side field away from his healthy teammates during Tuesday's practice session, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Murray is still recovering from the AC joint injury to his right shoulder that he suffered in last week's loss to the Seahawks, but at this stage, the issue isn't expected to sideline him for the Cardinals' Nov. 29 game in New England. The Cardinals won't release their first official Week 12 injury report until Wednesday, at which point the extent of Murray's participation in practice will be clear.

Jared Goff QB | DET
Rams' Jared Goff: Tops 375 yards with three touchdowns
Goff completed 39 of 51 passes for 376 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions in Monday night's 27-24 win over the Buccaneers.
Goff got off to a strong start, tossing touchdowns to Robert Woods and Van Jefferson while being highly efficient in the first half. Although he threw a poor interception that immediately put Tampa Bay in scoring position after halftime, Goff rallied with a four-yard score to tailback Cam Akers later on. He then followed another pick in his own half of the field by driving down to set up the game-winning field goal in the fourth quarter. Overall, Goff's performance had a couple of notable bumps, but nonetheless was largely successful. He set a new season high in passing yardage -- topping 300 for the third straight game -- while getting both of his top wideouts, Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods, at least 10 catches and 130 yards. Now also fresh off his second outing of the campaign with three passing touchdowns, Goff sports significant momentum in advance of Sunday's divisional clash against the 49ers.

Mike White QB | CAR
Mike White: Cut by Jets
White was waived by the Jets on Monday.
The 25-year-old was promoted from the practice squad Saturday for depth with Sam Darnold (shoulder) expected to be sidelined Week 11, but it was a brief stay on the active roster. White could rejoin the team's practice squad if he goes unclaimed on waivers.
