Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: Efficient day in Dallas
Allen completed 19 of 24 passes for 231 yards and a touchdown while gaining 43 rushing yards and another TD on 10 carries in Thursday's 26-15 win over the Cowboys.
With the Bills' defense keeping Dak Prescott in check, Allen was able to settle in and get comfortable, and he set season highs in completion percentage and YPA while scampering for his eighth rushing score of the year. Since Buffalo's Week 6 bye, Allen has turned a corner as a passer and posted a sharp 11:1 TD:INT through seven games, giving him plenty of momentum heading into next week's clash with Lamar Jackson and the Ravens.

David Blough QB | DET
Lions' David Blough: Looks good in professional debut
Blough completed 22 of 38 passes for 280 yards, two touchdowns and one interception during Thursday's 24-20 loss to the Bears. He also rushed once for one yard.
The injury to Jeff Driskel (hamstring) appears to have been a blessing in disguise for the Lions on Thanksgiving Day, as Detroit may have just found its long-term backup quarterback in Blough. Making his professional regular-season debut after going undrafted out of Purdue in 2018, Blough was ready for the moment and put the Lions on top early with a 75-yard touchdown to Kenny Golladay on the opening drive. He admittedly cooled off in the second and third quarters, but Blough nearly positioned Detroit for a game-winning touchdown had Danny Amendola been able to bring in a nearly perfect over-the-shoulder pass during the closing seconds of the game. Despite the loss, the Lions must be delighted with Blough's performance and it seems unlikely the team will go back to Driskel for next weekend's game in Minnesota, should Matthew Stafford (back) remain sidelined.

Mitch Trubisky QB | TEN
Bears' Mitchell Trubisky: Stellar effort in Thanksgiving win
Trubisky completed 29 of 38 passes for 338 yards with three touchdowns and one interception in the Bears' 24-20 win over the Lions on Thursday. He also rushed four times for four yards.
Trubisky racked up a season-best yardage total and was especially sharp in the second half, during which he accumulated 192 of his yards and threw only two incompletions. The often-embattled third-year quarterback was able to capitalize on the Lions' season-long weaknesses defending the pass and connected with Allen Robinson, Jesper Horsted and David Montgomery for his trio of scoring tosses, the latter coming with just 2:17 remaining and capping off a clutch nine-play, 90-yard game-winning march. Trubisky eclipsed the season-high 278 yards he'd just posted four days prior with his spectacular performance, making the last pair of contests his most productive two-game stretch of the season by far. He'll look to continue building momentum as the Bears try to keep postseason their hopes alive in a Week 14 Thursday night home matchup versus the Cowboys.

Drew Lock QB | SEA
Broncos' Drew Lock: Takes initial first-team rep
For the second straight day, Lock (thumb) took the initial first-team QB rep at practice Thursday, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.
While the signs are pointing to Lock being activated from IR to start Sunday's game against the Chargers, Jeff Legwold of ESPN.com relays that as of Thursday coach Vic Fangio is not yet prepared to announce the Broncos' Week 13 starting QB. Per Ryan O'Halloran of The Denver Post, it's possible that the team might wait until Sunday to name a starter, but at this stage it looks like the 3-8 Broncos are on the verge of giving Lock -- the No. 42 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft -- a chance to run the team's offense (taking over from Brandon Allen) as soon as this weekend.

Jeff Driskel QB | WAS
Lions' Jeff Driskel: Available Week 13
Driskel (hamstring) is listed as active Thursday against the Bears.
The Lions made a ruling on Driskel's starting ability Wednesday, naming undrafted rookie David Blough the spot No. 1 for this contest. Still, Driskel is available, so he's on hand in the event something befalls Blough. Elsewhere on the roster, tight end Logan Thomas was a quarterback in college, meaning Driskel may not be called upon at all in that scenario.

Jeff Driskel QB | WAS
Lions' Jeff Driskel: Not starting Week 13
Driskel (hamstring) will yield his spot as the Lions' starting quarterback to David Blough in Thursday's game versus the Bears.
The Lions thus have confirmed a previous report from Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com. Driskel's current hamstring issue is serious enough to keep him out of the starting lineup, but may not hinder him so much that he'll be among the team's inactives Thursday. With a fourth starting nod in place of Matthew Stafford (hip/back) not in the cards, Driskel will hand over the reins of the offense to Blough, an undrafted rookie out of Purdue.

David Blough QB | DET
Lions' David Blough: Officially starting Thursday
The Lions have named Blough the starting quarterback for Thursday's game against the Bears.
Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reported the news first, but the Lions have now made it official. Blough will be tabbed to fill in for Jeff Driskel, who did the same for Matthew Stafford (hip/back) in the team's previous three games before being limited by a hamstring injury this week. During preseason action with the Browns, Blough completed 58 percent of his passes for 271 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions.

Jeff Driskel QB | WAS
Lions' Jeff Driskel: Unlikely to start Thursday
The Lions are expected to start David Blough at quarterback Thursday versus the Bears, pushing Driskel (hamstring) down the depth chart, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Driskel's practice reps were limited this week due to a hamstring injury, which is enough of a lingering issue to force the Lions to turn to Blough. It's unclear if Driskel will be on the Lions' inactive list or suiting up as an emergency option, but Blough, an undrafted rookie, is on pace for his first NFL start.

David Blough QB | DET
Lions' David Blough: In line for first pro start
Blough is expected to be the Lions' starting quarterback Thursday against the Bears, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
With no clear timeline in place for Matthew Stafford's (back) return and No. 2 option Jeff Driskel limited by a hamstring injury this week, the Lions will turn the offense over to the undrafted rookie from Purdue on Thanksgiving Day. It's unclear if Driskel will be inactive, or merely suit up as an emergency option, but Blough will be pressed into his first NFL action in front of a national audience. During the 2019 preseason, Blough completed 58 percent of his passes for 271 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions.

Lions' David Blough: Could start if Driskel can't go
Blough is the next man up on the depth chart at quarterback for Thursday's game against the Bears with Jeff Driskel (hamstring) listed as questionable and Matthew Stafford (back) ruled out for the contest.
The undrafted rookie out of Purdue hasn't taken any snaps during the regular season, but he could be pressed into the spotlight in a national game in the event Driskel isn't cleared to start Thanksgiving Day. Blough's only game action since entering the professional ranks came in two preseason appearances, with the 24-year-old completing 58 percent of his passes for 271 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions.
