Lamar Jackson QB | BAL
Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Hurts hamstring Sunday
Jackson is questionable to return to Sunday's game against Kansas City due to a hamstring injury.
Prior to his exit from Sunday's contest, Jackson completed 14 of his 20 passing attempts for 147 yards with a touchdown and interception while adding six carries for 48 yards. Cooper Rush has stepped in at quarterback for the Ravens in Jackson's stead.

Justin Herbert QB | LAC
Chargers' Justin Herbert: Picked off twice in loss
Herbert completed 23 of 41 passes for 203 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions in Sunday's 21-18 loss to the Giants. He added 24 rushing yards on his only carry and ran for a two-point conversion.
The 27-year-old quarterback committed multiple turnovers for the first time in 2025 while throwing for a season low in passing yards as the Chargers took their first loss, but Herbert did salvage his day to some extent with a 36-yard TD to Quentin Johnston late in the second quarter. Herbert still has a respectable 7:3 TD:INT through four games heading into a Week 5 tilt against a Commanders defense that just gave up career-best numbers to the Falcons' Michael Penix.

Spencer Rattler QB | NO
Saints' Spencer Rattler: Logs season-low output versus Bills
Rattler completed 18 of 27 passes for 126 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 31-19 loss against the Bills.
Rattler attempted fewer than 34 passes and threw for under 200 yards for the first time this season. The second-year quarterback has been underwhelming despite averaging 39.7 passing attempts through the first three regular-season games. Sunday's outing also marked the first time this season that the Saints have had more rushing attempts (34) than passing attempts (28). Rattler's production may suffer again if the Saints lean into the running game during their Week 5 matchup against the Giants, whose defense has allowed a league-worst 6.1 yards per carry.

Drake Maye QB | NE
Patriots' Drake Maye: Near perfect in easy win
Maye completed 14 of 17 passes for 203 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions and rushed three times for 11 yards and another score in the Patriots' 42-13 win over the Panthers on Sunday.
Maye's ultra-efficient stat line underscored New England's all-around dominance on the afternoon, and he didn't need to do much as a passer in the second half after the Patriots took a 28-6 lead into halftime. The second-year signal-caller connected with seven different targets while hitting Hunter Henry and Mack Hollins for scores. Maye added his second rushing touchdown of the campaign on a five-yard run to open the second quarter, and he'll look to extend his streak of games with multiple TD passes to four when New England visits Buffalo for a Week 5 road showdown next Sunday night.

Baker Mayfield QB | TB
Buccaneers' Baker Mayfield: Guts out biceps injury in loss
Mayfield completed 22 of 40 passes for 289 yards with two touchdowns and one interception while adding two rushes for 13 yards in the Buccaneers' 31-25 loss to the Eagles on Sunday. He also fumbled once but was able to recover it.
Mayfield got limited throwing work in practice this week due to a biceps issue, but he still mustered his best passing yardage total of 2025, thanks in large part to 77- and 72-yard touchdown passes to Emeka Egbuka and Bucky Irving, respectively. Considering he was playing without Mike Evans (hamstring) and that Chris Godwin was making his season debut, Mayfield's numbers have to be considered encouraging. He'll aim to get the Bucs right back into the win column during a tough Week 5 road matchup against the Seahawks next Sunday afternoon.

Jalen Hurts QB | PHI
Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Well-balanced line in win
Hurts completed 15 of 24 passes for 130 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions while adding nine rushes for 62 yards in the Eagles' 31-25 win over the Buccaneers on Sunday. He also fumbled once but recovered.
The Eagles' air attack was back to low-volume mode Sunday, despite the Buccaneers eventually making matters interesting in the second half. Hurts had his share of misfires against an aggressive Tampa Bay defense, but he connected on two nifty touchdown passes to Dallas Goedert at the shadow of the goal line and also mustered a team- and co-season-high rushing yardage total. After not throwing a touchdown pass in either of the first two games of the season, Hurts has bounced back to toss five in the last pair of contests, and he's yet to throw an interception despite a couple of close calls Sunday. Hurts will take on the unenviable task of facing the Broncos defense when Denver pays a visit next Sunday afternoon for a Week 5 interconference showdown.

Michael Penix Jr. QB | ATL
Falcons' Michael Penix: Strong bounceback in Week 4 win
Penix completed 20 of 26 passes for 313 yards and two touchdowns with one interception in Sunday's 34-27 win over the Commanders. He added two rushing yards on four carries.
After a rough Week 3 performance on the road in Carolina, Penix returned home in Week 4 and looked much more composed, topping his prior career high in yardage by one as he delivered his first multi-TD effort of 2025. The second-year QB hit Drake London for a five-yard score in the first quarter and Kyle Pitts for a seven-yard touchdown in the third, while both London and Bijan Robinson eclipsed the century mark in receiving yards, during a game in which Atlanta never trailed. Penix will get a week off for the Falcons' bye before facing a tough test in Week 6 against the Bills.
-
Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: Helps avert upset with three TDs
Allen completed 16 of 22 passes for 209 yards with two touchdowns and one interception while rushing seven times for 45 yards and another score in the Bills' 31-19 win over the Saints on Sunday.
The Bills got more than they bargained for from the visiting Saints, but Allen still finished with his lowest pass-attempt total of the campaign. The reigning NFL MVP did put those throws to good use, tossing multiple touchdowns for the third time in four games by connecting with Khalil Shakir and Dalton Kincaid for scoring passes of 43 and 28 yards, respectively. Allen also took it in himself from five yards out just after the halfway point of the third quarter, already his third rush TD of the season. Allen takes an impressive 70.2 percent completion rate and 7:1 TD:INT into a Week 5 divisional home clash against the Patriots next Sunday night.

Marcus Mariota QB | WAS
Commanders' Marcus Mariota: Tosses two TDs in Week 4 loss
Mariota completed 16 of 27 passes for 156 yards and two touchdowns with one interception in Sunday's 34-27 loss to the Falcons. He added 20 rushing yards on two carries. He also threw a two-point conversion to Zach Ertz.
Making his second straight start in place of Jayden Daniels (knee), Mariota and the Commanders' offense started slowly but eventually caught fire, only for the team's defense to be unable to come up with a stop when it needed one. Mariota tossed a five-yard TD to Luke McCaffrey late in the second quarter and a 24-yard score to Deebo Samuel in the fourth, while also leading three drives that ended in field goals in the second half. Daniels appears to be on track to return in Week 5, but if Mariota needs to take the reins again, he'll get a tough road matchup against the Chargers.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Steelers' Aaron Rodgers: Long touchdown keys day
Rodgers completed 18 of 22 passes for 200 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Sunday's 24-21 win over the Vikings. He added three rushes for eight yards.
The Steelers played from ahead for most of the game, so Rodgers attempted only eight passes in the second half. He managed to move the offense efficiently when asked, however, with the key to his day being an explosive 80-yard touchdown to DK Metcalf early in the second quarter. This was a return to form for Rodgers, as he had only a 3:3 TD:INT while combining to throw for 332 yards across his last two games. Pittsburgh is likely to continue to rely on its run game and short passes to move the offense, which will lead to inconsistent fantasy results for Rodgers.
