Watson (chest) was listed as a limited participant at Wednesday's practice, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Despite his limitations Wednesday, Watson said prior to the session that he would "for sure" play Sunday against the Bills. While it's expected the quarterback will suit up in Week 6, it remains to be seen if he'll be given a questionable tag Friday or get removed from the Texans' injury report altogether by the end of the week.

Mariota said he still isn't ready to play without a partial glove covering his throwing hand, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports.

Mariota has been using the modified glove ever since Week 1, when he injured his throwing elbow and experienced trouble with gripping the football. He was unable to build on a huge Week 4 outing against the Eagles, completing 14 of 26 passes for 129 yards with no touchdowns and an interception during Sunday's 13-12 loss to the Bills. Mariota will have a tricky matchup Sunday when the Titans play host to the Ravens.

Watson picked up the chest injury during Sunday's 19-16 overtime triumph over the Cowboys, with the Texans labeling the quarterback as day-to-day Tuesday. The quarterback may still be limited some at practice the next few days, but it looks like he'll play through his chest issue in Week 6, barring any setbacks.

Coach Sean McDermott said Peterman would remain the Bills' No. 2 quarterback Sunday against the Texans, Matthew Fairburn of The Athletic reports.

While McDermott relayed that the signing of veteran quarterback Derek Anderson doesn't change Peterman's standing with the Bills, it's unclear if that will hold true in the weeks to come. Since Anderson didn't attend training camp with any team and will presumably need time to get up to speed with the Buffalo playbook after he first joined the roster Tuesday, it was never likely that he would suit up Sunday. Once Anderson gets acclimated to his new home and puts in some practice time, his more extensive NFL experience could give him the edge on the understudy gig over Peterman, who owns a career 43.3 percent completion rate and 2:7 TD:INT across his five regular-season outings.

The Bills haven't given Anderson an exact role yet, and there's a chance he's around more to serve as a mentor for the two younger quarterbacks on the team: Peterman and prized rookie Josh Allen. We'll see if there's eventually a pecking order to it all, but if you're resting your fantasy hopes on who the No. 2 quarterback is in the league's worst-ranked passing offense will be, this may not be your year for a title.

The Cowboys registered one sack and 10 quarterback hits on Watson, who also took a number of hard blows en route to running for 40 yards on 10 carries in the contest. While he was ultimately able to stay in the game and guide the Texans to their second straight overtime win, it's no surprise that he's feeling a little banged up now that the adrenaline has worn off. His practice reps could be managed carefully this week as a result, but there's nothing yet to indicate the Texans are fearing his absence for the showdown with the Bills.

Watson completed 33 of 44 passes for 375 yards with one touchdown and one interception during Sunday's 19-16 overtime victory over the Cowboys. He also rushed 10 times for 40 yards.

Watson's stats don't fully indicate how well he played against a tough Cowboys defense that entered the game having allowed the fifth-fewest offensive yards per game (306.3) and put constant heat on the quarterback all game. It's a feat in itself that Watson only allowed himself to be sacked once. Fantasy owners would have liked to have seen Watson break the plane on multiple rushing attempts on which he was stopped at the goal line -- as well as convert on a failed fourth-and-goal pass in the first half. Still, the second-year signal caller appears 100 percent healthy (though he did take several tough hits Sunday) and has made visible strides in his development as a passer. Next up is a Week 6 tango with a Bills team that has yet to allow a 300-yard passer in 2018.

Prescott completed 18 of 29 passes for 208 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions during Sunday's 19-16 overtime loss to the Texans. He also rushed six times for 34 yards.

Prescott's unfortunate trouble with deflected interceptions continued Sunday, as the quarterback had two more passes bounce off his receivers' hands and into the possession of the other team -- which was exactly the case with Prescott's two other interceptions on the year. Furthermore, the third-year quarterback again posted underwhelming passing stats, including a 62.1 percent completion rate and 7.2 YPA. At this point, there's no question the Cowboys offense is at its best when it commits to feeding running back Ezekiel Elliott, and it'd be a surprise if Dallas opted to do anything else in Week 6 when the Jaguars' elite passing defense comes to town.

Beathard completed 34 of 54 passes for 349 yards, with two touchdowns and a pair of interceptions in Sunday's 28-18 loss to Arizona. He also scored a touchdown on the ground, lost two fumbles and was sacked four times.

It was truly a mixed bag for Beathard, as he accounted for three touchdowns and four turnovers. His fourth-quarter fumble was returned for a touchdown, essentially ending any hopes the 49ers had at a comeback. Dating back to last year, Beathard's career TD:INT ratio is an ugly 8:10, but at least he's producing from a fantasy perspective. He'll look to put up big numbers again in Week 6 at Green Bay.

Cousins completed 30 of 37 pass attempts for 301 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's game against the Eagles. He also carried five times for one yard and lost a fumble in the 23-21 win.

Cousins completed an impressive 81.1 percent of his passes and spread the ball around to eight different receivers. He threw a three-yard touchdown pass to Adam Thielen in the second quarter and later committed a fumble in his own territory, though the defense bailed him out by forcing a punt. Cousins has gone two straight games without throwing an interception and now has an 11:2 TD:INT through five games. He'll look to continue his strong start to the season next Sunday against the Cardinals.
