Carr completed 18 of 24 pass attempts for 253 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 21-14 defeat of the Broncos. He also lost three yards on three rushing attempts as well as a fumble.

It was Carr's first multi-touchdown game since Week 7 versus Kansas City, which was also his last game without an interception. He completed the Raiders' first drive of the second quarter with a nine-yard strike to Amari Cooper and took advantage of a short field in the third to eventually find Jalen Richard for a six-yard score that wound up being the difference in the game. The 26-year-old could be without his top two receiving weapons in a juicy Week 13 matchup versus the Giants if Michael Crabtree gets suspended for fighting and Amari Cooper can't recover from a concussion in time, so fantasy owners will want to stay tuned.

Gabbert completed 22 of 38 passes for 241 yards, two touchdowns and an interception, adding six carries for 17 yards in Sunday's 27-24 win over the Jaguars.

Gabbert avoided sacks and turnovers all game until the Jags came through with a strip-sack for a touchdown to take a 17-16 lead early in the fourth quarter. Gabbert immediately bounced back with a pair of first downs on the ground, followed by a 52-yard touchdown pass to a wide-open Jaron Brown and a two-point conversion to Larry Fitzgerald. The 28-year-old quarterback tossed a pick on the next drive, but Blake Bortles returned the favor, and the Cardinals ultimately ended up winning on Phil Dawson's 57-yard field goal. Despite his crucial late-game mistakes, Gabbert probably did enough to keep the starting job for Week 13 against the Rams, having led the Cardinals to victory against what's arguably the best defense in the league.

Beathard (leg) doesn't think he tore any ligaments, saying his injury could just be a bone bruise, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Beathard will have an MRI on Monday, after exiting Sunday's 24-13 loss to the Seahawks with about a minute remaining in the game. He struggled prior to the injury, completing 22 of 38 passes for 201 yards and an interception. Even if his early optimism is confirmed and all ligaments are intact, Beathard wouldn't necessarily be healthy enough to play Week 13 in Chicago. He mentioned after the game that he also felt pain in his hip, Eric Branch of The San Francisco Chronicle reports. Jimmy Garoppolo is the only other quarterback on the 49ers' rosters.

Lynch (ankle) wore a walking boot after Sunday's 21-14 loss to the Raiders and likely will be sent for an MRI on Monday, Jeff Legwold of ESPN.com reports.

Lynch was down on the field for a couple minutes after injuring his ankle with about five minutes remaining in the third quarter. He was visibly upset afterward, though it may have been a matter of frustration more so than pain, as Sunday marked his first appearance in a game since he suffered a shoulder injury in the preseason. Lynch was completely unable to move the Denver offense prior to his exit, completing nine of 14 passes for 41 yards and an interception, adding two rushes for 20 yards but also taking four sacks. Trevor Siemian finished out the game by going 11-of-21 for 149 yards and two scores, eventually cutting the deficit to seven points with 2:39 left on the clock. Given their respective performances, Siemian could get the starting nod for Week 13 in Miami even if Lynch is deemed healthy enough to play. Of course, Sunday's loss buried any dreams of a playoff push, which could work in Lynch's favor given that he's a recent first-round selection.

Wilson connected on 20 of 34 passes for 228 yards, two touchdowns and an interception during Sunday's 24-13 win over the 49ers. He added 25 yards rushing and a touchdown on seven carries.

Wilson kept the ball on a zone read for two-yard score early in the second quarter and proceeded to hit tight ends Jimmy Graham and Nick Vannett for touchdowns in the second half. It hasn't been all smiles in Seattle as the Seahawks -- as a team -- have struggled of late, but you'd be hard-pressed to find a more dynamic quarterback than Wilson at this point in the season. He has accounted for at least three total touchdowns in four of his last six games, and you'd have to go back to Week 5 for the last time that he hasn't scored at least twice. He gets a showdown with red-hot Philadelphia next.

49ers coach Kyle Shanahan acknowledged that Beathard may have suffered a serious leg injury in Sunday's 24-13 loss to the Seahawks, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports. "I've got a lot of respect for how [Beathard] plays," said Shanahan. "He gets better each week and hopefully (the injury) is not as bad as it looked"

Beathard was pulled after taking a big hit with about one minute left in the game, finishing 22-of-38 passing for 201 yards with no touchdowns and one interceptions. He did add 21 yards on six carries, but he also took three sacks and didn't lead the Niners to any points until their eighth drive of the game. Jimmy Garoppolo came in for the final three snaps and completed both of his pass attempts for 18 yards and a touchdown. The ongoing quarterback debate would quickly become a moot point if it turns out that Beathard suffered a serious injury. The Niners will travel to Chicago in Week 13, potentially allowing Garoppolo to make his start of the season in his hometown.

Siemian completed 11 of 21 pass attempts for 149 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 21-14 loss to the Raiders.

Starter Paxton Lynch left the game with 4:58 left in the third quarter and the Broncos down 21-0. The 25-year-old led a three-and-out followed by consecutive touchdown drives before the Raiders were able to run out the clock and seal the win. If Lynch can't play in Week 13, Siemian will likely draw the start in Miami.

Goff completed 28 of 43 passes for 354 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 26-20 win against the Saints.

Head coach Sean McVay rode the second-year quarterback in the first half to the tune of 29 passes, two of which were caught for touchdowns by Sammy Watkins (from five yards out) and rookie Josh Reynolds (seven yards). Goff wasn't as crisp after halftime, tossing his first interception since Week 7, but he still directed three drives into field-goal range, where the ever-reliable Greg Zuerlein connected to do just enough to fend off Drew Brees and the pesky Saints. Next up for Goff is a Cardinals defense that has allowed 248.8 passing yards per game and an 18:10 touchdown-to-interception ratio to opposing quarterbacks in 2017.

The biggest sequence of the game for Beathard came in the closing moments of Sunday's action where Beathard was taken out after a tough hit. Trade acquisition Jimmy Garoppolo promptly threw a touchdown in relief. The 49ers staff has been slow to go with Garoppolo since trading a second-round pick to New England, and Beathard was coming off a three-touchdown game against the Giants, but this will be Garoppolo's team sooner or later. Depending on Beathard's health, the time frame might creep up.

Is it Garoppolo time in San Francisco? It looks that way after the trade acquisition was pushed into action after C.J. Beathard took a rough hit. Garoppolo promptly scrambled around and hit Louis Murphy for a 10-yard score as time expired. Head coach Kyle Shanahan has been patient with Garoppolo given the complexity of San Francisco's offense, but it'll be tough to keep him out of the lineup even if Beathard is OK given how well he played in limited opportunities Sunday.
