Running back Arian Foster (groin) headlines the list of inactives posted by the Texans for their Sunday game in Cleveland. Also injured and out is cornerback Kareem Jackson (knee).

The healthy scratches are defensive back Josh Aubrey, linebacker Max Bullough, offensive tackle Jeff Adams, wideout DeVier Posey and quarterback Tom Savage.

Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins, wide receiver Aldrick Robinson, cornerback Greg Ducre, defensive end Stephen Bowen, tackle Tyler Polumbus, guard Spencer Long and wide receiver Santana Moss were all ruled inactive Week 11 vs. Tampa Bay.

49ers quarterback Josh Johnson, wide receiver Bruce Ellington, wide receiver Quinton Patton, cornerback Tramaine Brock, linebacker Dan Skuta, guard/center Dillon Farrell and nose tackle Ian Williams were all ruled inactive Week 11 at N.Y. Giants.

Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer is competing against the Texans on Sunday but would welcome an opportunity to join forces with Bill O'Brien in the future, league sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Hoyer, who has guided his team into first place in the AFC North, will become a free agent after this season if the Browns don't sign him to a long-term deal. The team appears to be either taking a wait-and-see approach or has no intention of signing Hoyer with rookie Johnny Manziel waiting in the wings for 2015.

Hoyer trusts O'Brien, his former England coach, according to Schefter.

Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill told the NFL Network following a 22-9 victory over Buffalo in Week 11 that he's finally starting to feel comfortable in Miami's new offense.

"I definitely think I have been playing better. It took me a little while to get comfortable in the offense. The guys around me have really stepped up and played well," Tannehill said, per the Miami Herald. "We were West Coast last year, so a completely different system. All kinds of zone reads. Spreading things out. A lot of new concepts. But it's been a lot of fun. I feel great [in this system]. When I went to London, I took a step back and said make plays, have fun and stop thinking so much. I think I turned a corner."

Tannehill compiled 240 yards through the air while completing 26 of 34 passes. He added two touchdowns, no interceptions and 17 rushing yards in the win. He had eight touchdowns and five interceptions through his first six games. Over his last five, he has nine touchdowns and two interceptions.

Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill threw for two scores Thursday against the Bills.

Tannehill completed 26 of 34 passes for 240 yards. He also finished with 17 rushing yards. The game was mostly a defensive struggle early, as neither team could muster a touchdown in the first half. Tannehill finally broke that streak with 2:25 left in the third quarter. Tannehill hit Brandon Gibson on a 7 yard pass, giving the team a one point lead. Tannehill wouldn't stop there, throwing an 8 yard score to Jarvis Landry in the fourth quarter.

Tannehill will take on the Broncos Week 12. 

The Dolphins will have quarterback Ryan Tannehill and running back Lamar Miller Week 11 against the Bills. 

Tannehill was listed as probable coming into the contest due to ankle and shoulder issues. Miller was also probable due to a shoulder injury. 

The team will also have Dion Jordan, Koa Misi, Mike Pouncey and Jimmy Wilson. All four players were also listed as probable coming heading into Thursday night. 

The Dolphins list seven as probable for their Thursday night clash against the Bills, including quarterback Ryan Tannehill (ankle). The others are defensive linemen Dion Jordan (hamstring) and tackle Jared Odrick (hip), linebacker Koa Misi (ankle), safety Jimmy Wilson (hamstring), guard Mike Pouncey (hip) and running back Lamar Miller (shoulder).

Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill has been limited in practice this week with shoulder and ankle ailments, but a source has told the Miami Herald that he will "no doubt" be active Thursday night against Buffalo.

Tannehill is coming off a mediocre performance in a loss to Detroit in which he completed 27 of 38 passes for 207 yards, one touchdown and one interception.

Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill was limited in Monday's practice by injuries to his shoulder and ankle. He's scheduled to take on the Bills on Thursday Night Football.
