John Wolford QB | MIN
Rams' John Wolford: Named as Week 13 starter
Wolford will start Sunday's game against Seattle, though Rams coach Sean McVay said there's "a chance" Bryce Perkins also gets some snaps, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.
Wolford has been second on the depth chart most of the year and filled in for an injured Matthew Stafford in a Week 10 loss to Arizona, but Wolford then missed Week 11 with a neck injury and was merely the backup to Bryce Perkins for last week's loss in Kansas City. The 27-year-old Wolford now gets his second start of the season, and while it isn't a bad matchup, he has little to work with in the NFL's most-injury-depleted offense. He also hasn't shown much in limited playing time, completing 47 of 78 passes (60.3 percent) for 448 yards (5.7 YPA), one TD and three INTs. Perkins will be the backup this Sunday with Stafford ruled out again and uncertain to return before the end of the season.

Matthew Stafford QB | LAR
Rams' Matthew Stafford: Out this week, uncertain beyond
Stafford (neck) won't play in Sunday's game against Seattle and remains uncertain to return this season despite clearing the concussion protocol this week, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The Rams still have a ton of injuries on the offensive line and aren't realistically in the playoff hunt, so Stafford might be shut down even if he's medically cleared to play. He's dealing with a neck injury in addition to his second stint this season in the protocol for head injuries, leaving John Wolford as the starter Sunday against the Seahawks, though coach Sean McVay suggested he also could use Perkins, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Practicing again
Rodgers (ribs/thumb) is practicing Friday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Rodgers returned to practice Thursday as a limited participant and already has said he expects to play in Sunday's game against the Bears. He's reportedly been playing through an avulsion fracture in his right thumb for most of the season, but it was a rib injury that forced him out of a 40-33 loss to the Eagles in Week 12.

Mac Jones QB | SF
Patriots' Mac Jones: Underwhelming numbers in loss
Jones completed 22 of 36 passes for 195 yards with one touchdown and no interception in the Patriots' 24-10 loss to the Bills on Thursday night. He also rushed three times for seven yards and committed a fumble that was recovered by New England.
Jones fell short of the 200-yard mark for the third time in the last five games on a night that was critical to the Patriots' playoff hopes. The second-year signal-caller did extend his interception-less streak to four contests, but after some modest early success New England failed to garner any points on six consecutive possessions until a 17-play, 57-yard march in the fourth quarter after the Pats were already down 17 points. What's more, that march ended in a meaningless field goal when Jones threw three incompletions and took a sack on the last four plays after getting down to the Bills' 15-yard line. Jones' play and that of the entire offense will undoubtedly be the subject of plenty of scrutiny going into a Week 14 road interconference clash against the Cardinals on Monday night, Dec. 12.

Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: Efficient in Week 13 win
Allen completed 22 of 33 passes for 223 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in the Bills' 24-10 win over the Patriots on Thursday night. He also rushed eight times for 20 yards and lost a fumble.
Allen put together a solid performance against a defense that had allowed an NFL-low 130.2 passing yards per home game, despite the fact he took two sacks and six hits overall. One of those did lead to a late second-quarter fumble by Allen at the Patriots' 41-yard line, but New England was unable to convert the opportunity into points. Otherwise, Allen put together his second straight two-touchdown performance with second-quarter eight-yard scoring tosses to Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis. Allen and his teammates now get some much-needed time off ahead of a Week 14 home showdown against the Jets on Sunday, Dec. 11.

Lamar Jackson QB | BAL
Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Logs full practice Thursday
Jackson (quad) returned to a full practice Thursday.
After exiting practice Wednesday early due to a quad issue, Jackson was listed as a full participant Thursday, setting the stage for him to be a go Sunday against the Broncos. The Ravens' dual-threat signal-caller is coming off an effort Week 12 in which he completed 16 of 32 passes for 254 yards and a TD to go along with 14 rushing attempts for 89 yards in a 28-27 loss to the Jaguars.

Justin Fields QB | KC
Bears' Justin Fields: Upgrades to full practice
Fields (shoulder) was listed as a full participant in Thursday's practice, Adam Jahns of The Athletic reports.
According to Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic, offensive coordinator Luke Getsy implied earlier Thursday that Fields would be listed as a limited participant in practice for the second day in a row, but the quarterback was more extensively involved in the session than the Bears initially anticipated. The development can only be seen as a positive sign for Fields' chances of returning to the starting role this weekend against the Packers, after he sat out the Bears' Week 12 loss to the Jets while recovering from an AC joint sprain to his non-throwing shoulder. Trevor Siemian received the starting assignment last week but played through an oblique injury that has now kept him from practicing Wednesday or Thursday, so the Bears could need to turn to waiver pickup Tim Boyle or practice-squad member Nathan Peterman to handle backup duties Sunday if Fields is able to start, as anticipated.

Lamar Jackson QB | BAL
Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Returns to practice field
Jackson (quadriceps) is participating in Thursday's practice, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Baltimore listed Jackson as a limited participant on its first Week 13 practice report issued Wednesday, after he was unable to finish the session while he received treatment for a quad issue. According to Hensley, Jackson wasn't present for the first 15 minutes of individual drills during Thursday's practice before taking the field. The Ravens will release their second practice report of the week later Thursday, when the extent of the QB's participation will be known. Jackson isn't scheduled to meet with reporters until Friday and could shed more light on his injury at that point, but for the time being, he at least looks to be trending toward playing Sunday against the Broncos.

Justin Fields QB | KC
Bears' Justin Fields: Set for another limited practice
Bears offensive coordinator Luke Getsy said Fields (shoulder) will be a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.
After Fields sat out last week's loss to the Jets due to partial ligament tears in his non-throwing shoulder, the Bears are managing his practice reps carefully. He was able to practice on a limited basis from Wednesday through Friday last week before he was inactive for the matchup with the Jets, so his continued limitations make it difficult to discern whether he's truly trending toward a return to the lineup this Sunday against the Packers. Fields may still be in a better spot on the health front than last week's starter, Trevor Siemian, who is a non-participant in practice for the second day in a row while he contends with an oblique injury he suffered in pregame warmups last Sunday. The Bears signed Tim Boyle to the 53-man roster Wednesday to add a healthy body to the position group, and he and practice-squad signal-caller Nathan Peterman could both end up dressing against the Packers if neither Fields nor Siemian are available.

Trevor Siemian QB | ATL
Bears' Trevor Siemian: Sitting out another practice
Bears offensive coordinator Luke Getsy said Siemian (oblique) will be a non-participant in Thursday's practice, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.
Chicago's top two quarterbacks figure to be listed on the injury report the same way they were Wednesday, when top signal-caller Justin Fields (shoulder) appeared as a limited participant. Even though Siemian received the starting nod in place of the injured Fields in Week 12, it's the former player who may be more in danger of sitting out this Sunday's game against the Packers. Though he suffered the oblique injury in pregame warmups, Siemian managed to play through the issue, but he wasn't particularly effective (14-for-25 for 179 yards, one touchdown and one interception). The Bears signed Tim Boyle off the Lions' practice squad Wednesday, and he could be in line to direct the offense this Sunday if neither Fields nor Siemian is available to play. Chicago also has Nathan Peterman on the practice squad as another option at the position.
