Herbert completed 30 of 43 passes for 245 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Sunday's 20-17 win over Atlanta. He added three yards on one rushing attempt.

Working without top two wide receivers Keenan Allen (hamstring) and Mike Williams (ankle), Herbert was held to a paltry 5.7 yards per pass attempt by a Falcons secondary that came in having allowed the most passing yards in the league. The Chargers got off to a slow start as usual, becoming the third team in NFL history to trail by at least 10 points after the first quarter of four consecutive games, but they climbed out of that hole by halftime, as Herbert's one-yard touchdown pass to Austin Ekeler put Los Angeles up 14-10. After Atlanta took advantage of a Herbert interception to retake the lead 17-14 in the third quarter, he led a pair of scoring drives in the fourth, with Cameron Dicker's 37-yard field goal on te latter propelling the Chargers to a 20-17 victory as time expired. Expectations should be tempered for Herbert in Week 10 against the robust 49ers secondary, especially if the Chargers remain without Allen and Williams.

Fields completed 17 of 28 passes for 123 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions while adding 178 rushing yards and another score on 15 carries in the Bears' 35-32 loss to the Dolphins on Sunday. He also threw a two-point conversion pass.

Fields once again demonstrated why he's arguably the most explosive player at the quarterback position this side of Lamar Jackson or Josh Allen, almost single-handedly outpacing the high-octane Dolphins offense. Fields was reasonably effective once again as a passer while primarily working a short-area attack, and he tossed touchdowns of 18 and four yards to Cole Kmet, along with a beauty of a 16-yard scoring strike in the back left corner of the end zone to Darnell Mooney over Xavien Howard. However, Fields made even more of an impact on the ground with what was easily a team-leading and career-high yardage total, and his 61-yard touchdown scamper early in the second half served as a fitting example of his elite speed. Fields' first opportunity to build on Sunday's prolific performance comes in an appealing divisional matchup at Soldier Field against the Lions.

Allen completed 18 of 34 passes for 205 yards and two interceptions in Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Jets. He added nine rushing attempts for 86 yards and two touchdowns while committing two fumbles but losing neither.

Allen promptly moved the Bills into scoring range with a 42-yard completion to Stefon Diggs on his first pass of the afternoon, but he was intercepted two plays later. He nearly turned the ball over in the red zone again on the next drive but recovered his own fumble and ended up capping that possession with a one-yard rushing touchdown. Allen added another rushing touchdown in the second quarter, this time rumbling in from 36 yards out. Another Allen interception in the third quarter set up New York's go-ahead touchdown, and after Buffalo tied it at 17-17 early in the fourth, New York made a field goal with 1:43 remaining to cap the scoring. On Buffalo's futile final drive, Allen was seen holding his right elbow, but he told Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic afterward that "there was some slight pain, but I'll get through it." Allen doesn't sound worried about the injury, but his practice participation will still be worth monitoring ahead of Buffalo's Week 10 matchup with the Vikings.

Rodgers completed 23 of 43 pass attempts for 291 yards, a touchdown and three interceptions in Sunday's 15-9 loss to the Lions. He added 40 rushing yards on four attempts.

Rodgers should be pointing the finger at himself after nearly doubling his interception total for the season in a loss to a divisional opponent. The former MVP set new single-game highs in passing yards (291) and rushing yards (40), so he actually turned in one of the better fantasy performances of a disappointing 2022 campaign. Rodgers' lack of receiving help has been a highlighted issue for Green Bay this season, and he may end up even more short-handed after starting wideout Romeo Doubs (ankle) and star running back Aaron Jones (ankle) both left Sunday's contest without returning. Both players' availabilities should affect Rodgers' projections heading into an already difficult matchup against Micah Parsons and the Cowboys defense next Sunday.

Tagovailoa completed 21 of 30 passes for 302 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in the Dolphins' 35-32 win over the Bears on Sunday. He also netted no gain on five rushes and fumbled once but recovered.

Tagovailoa authored his third 300-yard effort of the season, albeit barely, including his second straight such tally. The third-year signal-caller connected with Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle and new arrival Jeff Wilson from three, 18 and 10 yards out, respectively, for his three scoring tosses, and he distributed the ball effectively while hitting six different targets overall. Tagovailoa will take a three-game interception-less streak into a Week 10 home matchup against a beatable Browns secondary.

Tannehill (ankle) remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chiefs and is being treated as a game-time decision, but Ian Rapoport of NFL Network relays the Titans don't have a lot of optimism about the quarterback suiting up for the contest.

After missing the Titans' Week 8 win over the Texans with a right ankle sprain, Tannehill was what Rapoport described as a "very, very limited" participant in practice this week. While Tannehill made the trip to Kansas City and is said to be doing everything in his power to play, early indications are that the signal-caller will be sidelined for a second straight game. Rookie Malik Willis, who started last week and took most of the first-team work in practice this week, thus looks to be trending toward another start, with Logan Woodside slated to serve as Willis' backup in that scenario. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Titans are looking to closely guard their quarterback plans until pregame warmups, so clarity on the status of Tannehill may not arrive until the team releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff.

Willis took most of the first-team reps in practice this week and could be on tap for another start Sunday in Kansas City with Ryan Tannehill (ankle) listed as questionable for the contest but uncertain to be available, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Though Tannehill traveled to Kansas City and is being treated as a game-time decision, Rapoport relays that the quarterback was "very, very limited" in practice this week after sitting out the Titans' Week 8 win over the Texans. While Tannehill plans to do everything he can to play, Rapoport suggests that there's "not a lot of optimism" the veteran signal-caller will be ready to play. With that in mind, Willis may be primed for a second consecutive start, but the Titans would undoubtedly prefer to lean heavily on the Derrick Henry-led ground attack for as long as the game flow allows for it. Even so, keeping pace with the Chiefs' prolific offense won't be an easy task, so if Willis starts, expect him to drop back more frequently than he did last week, when he attempted just 10 passes. While the rookie is unproven as a passer at the NFL, Willis demonstrated elite rushing ability in college and during the preseason, so he could have some intrigue in leagues that start two quarterbacks or have a QB flex lineup spot available. Fantasy managers will still want to have an alternative plan on hand for Willis, however, if Tannehill avoids the inactive list ahead of Sunday's 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff.

Backup Malik Willis would again be called upon to helm Tennessee's offense if Tannehill can't go, though the rookie only managed to complete six of 10 passes for 55 yards and an interception in his debut last week in a 17-10 win over the Texans.

Woodside has been elevated from the Titans' practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's matchup against the Chiefs, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Woodside has been elevated for the second consecutive week with Ryan Tannehill's (ankle) status still unclear. If Tannehill is unable to suit up, Woodside will serve as the backup to Malik Willis.

It's a bit of a complicated situation for fantasy managers given Sunday's matchup between the Titans and Chiefs takes place at 8:20 p.m. ET, but this is at least a step in the right direction in order for Tannehill to be active. The veteran signal caller missed last week's win against the Texans and saw rookie backup Malik Willis struggle mightily to the tune of just six completions and an interception while throwing less than 60 yards. Head coach Mike Vrabel previously called Tannehill a "game-time decision," but it wouldn't be surprising to hear more information regarding his status emerge throughout the course of Sunday.
