Dalvin Cook RB | DAL
Vikings' Dalvin Cook: Limps off field Sunday
Cook (undisclosed) went to the locker room after limping off the field in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
Cook limped off the field with what looked like a groin or quadriceps injury after hauling in a short throw from Kirk Cousins. He had 47 percent of the Vikings' offensive touches in the first half, in the form of 17 carries for 65 yards and a score, in addition to five catches for 24 yards (on five targets). Alexander Mattison will serve as the Vikings' top running back as long as Cook is off the field.

Raheem Mostert RB | LV
49ers' Raheem Mostert: Totals 119 scrimmage yards
Mostert carried 11 times for 90 yards and added 29 yards on three receptions (three targets) during Sunday's 43-17 loss to the Dolphins.
Mostert gashed the Dolphins defense for 8.2 yards per carry but saw his work on the ground limited by a surprisingly lopsided scoreline. He produced effectively with the targets he received but didn't have many red zone opportunities as C.J. Beathard replaced Jimmy Garoppolo in the second half. Most importantly, Mostert looked strong after recovering from a recent knee injury and will hope for a more favorable game script in next Sunday's matchup with the Rams.

Ezekiel Elliott RB | LAC
Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliott: Scores twice in win
Elliott carried the ball 19 times for 91 yards and two touchdowns and caught one of two targets for 14 yards in Sunday's 37-34 win over the Giants.
After plowing into the end zone from a yard out in the second quarter, Elliott scored his second TD in the third on an emotional 12-yard run, capping the drive on which Dak Prescott suffered a likely season-ending ankle injury. With Andy Dalton now forced to take the reins of the Dallas offense, Elliott could be leaned on even more heavily to help steady things while the team adjusts to its new QB, beginning in Week 6 against Arizona.
-
Gus Edwards RB | LAC
Ravens' Gus Edwards: Stymied by Bengals
Edwards registered 25 rushing yards on seven attempts, recording zero receptions on three targets during Sunday's 27-3 win against Cincinnati.
The 25-year-old back ranked second to Mark Ingram in Ravens carries, but his 3.6 yards-per-carry average ran contrary to the explosive 6.2 YPC clip he established Weeks 1 through 4. Despite the efficiency he displayed prior to Sunday, Edwards still resides within a workshare alongside Mark Ingram and J.K. Dobbins heading into a Week 6 matchup against the Eagles.
-
James Conner RB | ARI
Steelers' James Conner: Finds end zone
Conner carried the ball 15 times for 44 yards and a touchdown in Week 5 against the Eagles. He added three receptions for 19 yards.
Conner was held in check by the stout Eagles defensive line as 25 of his 44 yards came on a single carry. However, he still found the end zone on a one-yard score early in the third quarter to help salvage his performance. Even after the relatively poor effort, Conner has 350 total yards and three touchdowns through four contests. He should remain heavily involved in the offense as the Steelers take on the Browns in Week 6.
-
Clyde Edwards-Helaire RB | KC
Chiefs' Clyde Edwards-Helaire: Quiet due to game script
Edwards-Helaire rushed 10 times for 40 yards and brought in three of eight targets for 40 yards in the Chiefs' 40-32 loss to the Raiders on Sunday.
The rookie looked like he was on his way to a big day against a vulnerable Raiders defense when he rattled off 17 yards on his first two carries. However, he totaled just 23 yards on his eight other rushes, and game script ultimately forced the Chiefs into an even more pass-heavy mode than normal late in the contest. Edwards-Helaire will look bounce back from his second-lowest rushing output of the season at the expense of the Bills in a Week 6 Monday evening matchup.
-
Antonio Gibson RB | NE
Football Team's Antonio Gibson: Compiles 51 total yards in loss
Gibson rushed 11 times for 27 yards and brought in all five targets for 24 yards in the Washington Football Team's 30-10 loss to the Rams on Sunday.
The versatile running back once again paced the backfield in carries and had a solid role in the passing game, but with the duo of Kyle Allen and Alex Smith averaging a minuscule 3.7 yards per attempt, there just wasn't much upside to be had. Gibson does appear to enjoy clear lead-back status at the moment, and the fact he's seen five targets apiece in back-to-back games is certainly encouraging. Gibson will look for more overall production and opportunity in a favorable Week 6 road matchup against the division-rival Giants.
-
James Robinson RB | NO
Jaguars' James Robinson: Held in check
Robinson rushed the ball 13 times for 48 yards in Week 5 against Houston. He added five receptions for 22 yards through the air.
Robinson was bottled up by the Texans, as his longest gain of the day was a 14-yard rush midway through the first quarter. It was the first time since Week 1 that Robinson failed to top 100 total yards, though he still commanded 13 of the 15 carries that went to Jacksonville's running backs. Also encouraging was his heavy involvement in the passing game, as he finished second on the team in both targets and receptions. With volume still on his side, Robinson should be in for a bounceback performance against the Lions in Week 6.
-
Miles Sanders RB | DAL
Eagles' Miles Sanders: Pair of touchdowns
Sanders rushed for 80 yards on 11 carries and two touchdowns in Week 5 against the Steelers. He added two receptions for 19 yards.
Sanders delivered the Eagles' best offensive play of the game, breaking free for a 74-yard touchdown just before the end of the first quarter. He was largely smothered otherwise, though he also found the end zone in the second quarter on a one-yard score. Since missing the team's Week 1 contest against Washington, Sanders has topped 95 total yards in three of four games. He'll look to add to that in a tough Week 6 matchup against the Ravens.
-
Josh Jacobs RB | GB
Raiders' Josh Jacobs: Helps key big upset
Jacobs rushed 23 times for 77 yards and two touchdowns and brought in two of three targets for eight yards in the Raiders' 40-32 win over the Chiefs on Sunday.
Jacobs found running room to be at a premium against the Chiefs' athletic front seven, with his long run of the day going for just seven yards. However, the second-year back was able to power into the end zone from seven and two yards out in the fourth quarter, and a seven-yard run on Las Vegas' final drive helped ice the win by forcing KC to use its last timeout. Jacobs' pair of scores were his first since Week 1, and he'll look to build on Sunday's effort in a Week 7 matchup against the Buccaneers following a Week 6 bye.
