Cook ran for 26 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries and added five catches for 31 yards during Sunday's 27-23 win over Denver.

Cook wasn't getting much of anything going against the Denver front in the first half and didn't do much better in the second half, though the Vikings were more successful getting him the ball in the screen game, and he did find the end zone on a three-yard zone run early in the fourth quarter. Sunday was Cook's second smallest yardage total of the season and only the third time in 11 games in which he was held under 100 yards from scrimmage. He has scored in all three of those games and remains arguably the most dependable back in the league. After the bye, Cook and the Vikings will visit Seattle's middle-of-the-pack run defense.

Kamara rushed 13 times for 75 yards, secured all 10 targets for 47 yards and returned three kickoffs for 32 yards in the Saints' 34-17 win over the Buccaneers on Sunday. He also fumbled once, but it was recovered by the offense.

Kamara paced the Saints in receptions while checking in second to Michael Thomas in both receiving yardage and targets. The versatile back also out-carried backup Latavius Murray by a 13-10 margin, and game script likely led to the latter seeing as many totes as he did. Sunday marked Kamara's first game with double-digit rushing touches since Week 6, with the third-year back's two-game absence due to knee and ankle injuries factored in. Kamara will look to continue building his numbers in a Week 12 battle versus the Panthers.

McCaffrey tallied 70 rushing yards on 14 carries and caught 11 of 14 targets for 121 receiving yards during Sunday's 29-3 loss to the Falcons.

Another Sunday, another monstrous outing for the MVP candidate. The third-year back was even more dominant than usual in the passing game Sunday, however, establishing a new season-high with his 11-catch outing and exceeding his previous season-best in receiving yardage by 35. What's even more encouraging is the fact that McCaffrey has been extremely efficient as a rusher of late, as he has averaged 6.1 yards per carry since Week 8. He'll face an immense challenge maintaining that level of effectiveness on the ground Week 12, with the Panthers getting ready to face New Orleans' top-five rush defense.

Mack suffered a broken hand Sunday against the Jaguars and won't suit up for Thursday's game at Houston, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

En route to his third 100-yard rushing performance of the season, Mack was knocked out due to the hand injury. He'll miss at least one game as a result, and further testing will reveal whether he needs surgery and a potential timetable for his recovery.

Elliott carried 16 times for 45 yards, a touchdown, and one fumble Sunday against the Lions. He also caught two of three targets for 28 yards and a touchdown in the 35-27 win.

Faced with an excellent matchup against one of the worst run defenses in the league, Elliott fumbled on his first touch and could only manage 2.8 yards per carry. He did, however, record a one-yard TD run in the second quarter and added the decisive score on a 17-yard reception midway through the fourth. Although Elliott failed to take full advantage of an excellent opportunity for a breakout game, his two scores were a boon for fantasy owners, and the passing offense continued to flourish. This could eventually mean more room to run for the star tailback, whose next opportunity will come Sunday against the Patriots.

Bawden (knee) won't return to Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

Bawden left the game late in the second quarter and, as evidenced by this news, the issue will keep him out of the remainder of the game. The team is without another healthy fullback on the roster, so it's unclear how they'll operate going forward.

Mack won't return to Sunday's game against the Jaguars after suffering a hand injury, Zak Keefer of The Athletic reports.

Prior to his exit, Mack had logged 14 carries for 109 yards and a TD. With Jordan Wilkins (ankle) already out Sunday, Jonathan Williams and Nyheim Hines will handle the Colts' backfield duties for the remainder of Sunday's contest.

Bawden (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

Bawden popped up on the injury report with a foot injury Saturday, but, as evidenced by this news, seems to be dealing with a new issue. The 2018 seventh-round pick is the team's only fullback on the roster, so it's unclear how the offense will approach things while Bawden is sidelined.

Mostert (knee) is active for Sunday's contest against the Cardinals, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Mostert is bumping up the depth chart temporarily with Matt Breida sidelined at least one game due to a low-ankle sprain. Working behind Tevin Coleman, Mostert will look to produce as he has previously this season, with his 5.5 yards-per-carry average translating well if he gets a healthy dose of runs. Meanwhile, Jeff Wilson also may get in the mix out of the 49ers' backfield.

Zenner (coach's decision) won't play in Sunday's showdown with the 49ers, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Zenner played just 13 special teams snaps in last week's win over Tampa Bay and, as evidenced by this news, has become expendable on the roster. The Cardinals will roll with only Kenyan Drake and David Johnson as the running backs for the game.
