Cook rushed 26 times for 97 yards and a touchdown and caught seven passes for 86 receiving yards in Sunday's 28-24 win over the Cowboys.

Cook didn't have very many holes to run through against the Cowboys' front seven (3.7 yards per carry), but he was able to put up a huge fantasy line through sheer volume and a trip to the end zone (10th rushing touchdown of the season). The NFL's leading rusher also led his team in receiving, tying his season high of 86 receiving yards. Cook was the clear-cut winner in a star running back showdown with Ezekiel Elliott (63 total yards), and the former is making a strong case for fantasy MVP with 1,415 total yards from scrimmage and 10 touchdowns through 10 contests. Next week's opponent, the Denver Broncos, have a middle-of-the-pack run defense, so Cook should be near the top of the list of projected scores for Week 11.

Williams carried 13 times for 63 yards during Sunday's 24-16 win over the Panthers.

Williams equaled Aaron Jones' number of carries, averaging a respectable 4.8 yards per tote against a solid Panthers defense. He came in with receiving touchdowns in four consecutive games but wasn't targeted at all for the first time this season. Williams remains a notable part of the Green Bay offense and should continue as such against the 49ers after the team's bye week.

McCaffrey carried 20 times for 108 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 24-18 loss to the Packers. He also caught six of seven targets for an additional 33 yards.

McCaffrey excelled against a beatable Green Bay run defense, averaging 5.4 yards per carry while delivering his sixth 100-yard rushing performance of the season. He also finished third on the team in receptions and fourth in targets, though his 33 receiving yards were below his typical output. McCaffrey's 14th touchdown of the season ties him with Aaron Jones for the most in the NFL, and he'll look to add to his impressive numbers next Sunday at home against the Falcons.

Jones carried 13 times for 93 yards and three touchdowns during Sunday's 24-16 win over the Panthers.

Jones averaged an impressive 7.2 yards per carry while repeatedly gashing the Carolina run defense. He curiously wasn't targeted in the passing game but made up for that with his fourth multi-touchdown game of the season. Jones now has 14 total touchdowns on the season, tying him with Christian McCaffrey for the most in the NFL. He will face a difficult matchup in Week 12 against the 49ers after the upcoming bye.

Mixon ran for 114 yards on 30 carries and added 37 yards on two catches during Sunday's 49-13 loss to Baltimore.

Mixon topped 100 total yards for just the second time this season while setting a career high with 32 touches. Expect the Bengals to keep feeding Mixon down the stretch of what appears to be a lost season. Rookie Ryan Finley figures to start the rest of the way, and a running back of Mixon's talents is a heck of a weapon as both a runner and security blanket in the passing game. Sunday brings a matchup against a Raiders defense that ranks seventh in the league in opponent yards per carry allowed (3.9), a total that actually eclipses Mixon's 3.3 yard-per-carry average this season.

Mack rushed the ball 19 times for 74 yards in the team's Week 10 loss to the Dolphins. He also added one reception for eight yards.

Mack once again dominated the Colts' backfield, with no other back accruing more than three carries. However, he wasn't particularly efficient -- he averaged only 3.9 yards per carry -- and failed to reach the end zone for the fifth time in his last six games. The team's struggle to move the ball effectively as well as Mack's lack of involvement in the passing game continue to limit his ability to turn in big performances. However, volume remains on his side, and that should remain the case as the team heads into its Week 11 contest against the Jaguars.

Wilkins (ankle) won't return to Sunday's game against Miami, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reports.

It's unclear how Wilkins picked up the injury, but he exited the game in the third quarter. Wilkins will exit the game rushing for 20 yards on three attempts. In his stead, Marlon Mack, Nyheim Hines and Jonathan Williams will handle backfield duties for the remainder of the game.

Williams ran for 77 yards on 19 carries and added 32 yards on five catches during Sunday's 35-32 loss to the Titans. He lost a fumble during the contest.

Williams saw a season-high 24 touches Sunday as LeSean McCoy sat on account of recent fumbling issues. As luck would have it, Williams had the ball stripped from him midway through the second quarter and returned for a touchdown by Tennessee linebacker Rashaan Evans. It was Williams' first fumble of the season and just his second since the start of the 2017 season, so don't expect too much of a fallout -- even though McCoy is averaging a full yard more per carry this season. Next Monday brings a matchup against the Chargers' middle-of-the-road run defense.

Jones rushed 11 times for 29 yards and a touchdown and secured all eight targets for 77 yards in the Buccaneers' 30-27 win over the Cardinals on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.

Jones' lost fumble didn't help his cause in his first official game as the starting running back, but he still put together a strong fantasy effort thanks to a seven-yard rushing touchdown in the first quarter and a team/career-high eight receptions. Jones ultimately logged the same number of carries as backfield mate Peyton Barber, however, so it appears Bruce Arians' definition of lead back is a bit more fluid than other coaches. Jones will look for more overall opportunities in a Week 11 matchup versus a tough Saints defense.

Singletary carried eight times for 42 yards and caught three passes for an additional eight yards during Sunday's 19-16 loss to the Browns.

Although Singletary gashed the Cleveland defense for 5.3 yards per carry, his team took an uncharacteristically pass-heavy approach, which limited his usage on the ground. He finished second on the team with seven targets, but he struggled to connect with Josh Allen on several occasions and finished with little to show for his efforts in that area. Singletary did significant damage on 23 touches in his previous outing and could rebound next Sunday in a favorable matchup with the Dolphins.
