Ray Davis RB | BUF
Bills' Ray Davis: Enters concussion protocol
Davis has been diagnosed with a concussion and ruled out for the rest of Sunday's AFC wild-card game against the Broncos.
Davis was hit in the head by Brandon Jones while attempting to haul in a pass from Josh Allen in the third quarter, which resulted in an unnecessary roughness penalty on Jones. Davis was down on the field for an extended period of time, but he did manage to walk to the sidelines before being taken to the locker room. Ty Johnson will serve as the Bills' backup running back behind James Cook for the rest of Sunday's game due to Davis' injury. If Buffalo wins Sunday, Davis would have to clear the league's five-step concussion protocol in order to play in the divisional round.

Ray Davis RB | BUF
Bills' Ray Davis: Exits Sunday's game
Davis is being evaluated for a head injury during Sunday's wild-card round game against the Broncos.
Prior to his exit from the contest, Davis carried once for three yards. In his absence, James Cook and Ty Johnson are left to handle Buffalo's backfield duties versus Denver.

Tyler Badie RB | DEN
Broncos' Tyler Badie: Active versus Bills
Badie (back) is active for Sunday's wild-card round game against the Bills.
Badie, who landed on IR after suffering an injury during Week 4 action, was activated by the Broncos on Saturday and is thus set to provide postseason depth in a backfield that also includes Javonte Williams and Jaleel McLaughlin. With Badie back in the mix versus Buffalo, RBs Audric Estime and Blake Watson were made inactive by Denver in the team's postseason opener.

Audric Estime RB | NO
Broncos' Audric Estime: Inactive for wild-card round
Estime (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's AFC wild-card game against the Bills.
Estime's inactive status comes as a bit of a surprise considering he recorded at least nine touches in each of the final three games of the regular season and has contributed on special teams. However, Estime will be the odd man out of the Broncos' backfield due to Tyler Badie (back) returning from injured reserve. Denver will go with a three-man backfield of Jaleel McLaughlin, Javonte Williams and Badie for Sunday's playoff game.

D'Ernest Johnson RB | NE
Jaguars' D'Ernest Johnson: Small role in Week 18
Johnson carried two times for 26 yards and caught one of two targets for zero yards during the Jaguars' Week 18 loss to the Colts.
The 28-year-old received his first carries since Week 11 but played just 12 offensive snaps in the season finale. Johnson finished the season with 32 carries for 143 yards and 12 receptions for 96 yards in 14 contests. He's set to hit free agency during the offseason, and there will likely be limited openings in Jacksonville since Travis Etienne, Tank Bigsby and Keilan Robinson are all under contract for 2025.
-
Keilan Robinson RB | NYJ
Jaguars' Keilan Robinson: No touches in finale
Robinson played two snaps on special teams during Jacksonville's Week 18 loss to the Colts.
The rookie fifth-round pick spent the first 11 games on the season on injured reserve due to a toe injury, and he almost exclusively played special teams in the six games he was active for. Robinson isn't likely to have a major role in 2025 with Travis Etienne and Tank Bigsby both still under contract.

Jaylen Warren RB | PIT
Steelers' Jaylen Warren: Ends season quietly
Warren rushed the ball two times for six yards in Saturday's 28-14 loss to the Ravens. He added four receptions on five targets for 19 yards.
The Steelers attempted only 11 total rushes for the game as they were chasing points, though Warren was still outtouched 9-6 and outgained in terms of scrimmage yards 58-25 by Najee Harris. It was a disappointing close to a primarily disappointing season for Warren, as he was derailed by injury for the first six games of the campaign and then worked behind Harris in most games thereafter. Warren will be a restricted free agent this offseason and should have a strong chance of being retained by the Steelers. With Harris a free agent, it's also possible that Warren will be in line for an expanded role with the team in 2025.

Derrick Henry RB | BAL
Ravens' Derrick Henry: Cementing place in history
Henry rambled for 186 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 26 attempts without recording a target in Saturday's 28-14 playoff win over the Steelers.
Henry posted monstrous fantasy numbers despite not recording a reception in Baltimore's convincing wild-card victory. The perennial All-Pro joined another tier of legendary tailbacks when he matched Hall of Famer Jim Brown for the most games with 150 rushing yards and two touchdowns in NFL history, with that mark currently sitting at 13 regular and postseason games (source: ESPN Research). Henry could separate himself from the Browns' great in that specific regard if he can replicate those numbers in the divisional round.

Najee Harris RB | LAC
Steelers' Najee Harris: Picks up 58 yards in playoff loss
Harris rushed the ball six times for 17 yards in Saturday's 28-14 loss to the Ravens. He added three receptions on three targets for 41 yards.
Harris led the Pittsburgh backfield in every statistic, though it's difficult to have many takeaways from this game, as the Steelers were down multiple scores for over half of the game. In part due to game script, he was unable to get going on the ground, but he showed some ability as a pass catcher -- highlighted by a 21-yard catch and run late in the third quarter. Harris is now set to enter free agency for the first time in his career, and his market will be intriguing to watch. He has lacked explosive playmaking ability for most of his career, though he's topped 250 carries in each of his four pro seasons and has proven the ability to lead a backfield.

Gus Edwards RB | LAC
Chargers' Gus Edwards: Quiet game on seven carries
Edwards rushed seven times for 22 yards and was not targeted as a receiver in Saturday's 32-12 wild-card round loss to the Texans.
Edwards teamed up with co-starter J.K. Dobbins (ankle) to overcome ankle issues in order to start Saturday's disappointing playoff loss to Houston. Neither tailback could generate any running room when the game was close, resulting in the longtime teammates being phased out of the second-half game plan as the Chargers began desperately throwing from behind. Dobbins finished the season as the club's top producer and preferred fantasy option while Edwards logged a career-worst 3.6 YPC in 11 active contests. The former is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent this upcoming offseason while the latter still has one season remaining on the two-year contract signed in 2024.
