  • 49ers' Isaac Guerendo: Ruled out for Week 16

Guerendo (foot/hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game at Miami, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Guerendo didn't practice this week and thus appears in danger of missing time beyond Sunday. His absence leaves Patrick Taylor and Israel Abanikanda atop the depth chart at running back, with Ke'Shawn Vaughn likely to be elevated from the practice squad before Sunday. Taylor filled in as the lead back when Guerendo missed a chunk of San Francisco's Week 14 game with a foot injury, but that doesn't necessarily mean Taylor will dominate carries Sunday afternoon with more time to prepare for Guerendo's absence.

  • Isaiah Davis RB | NYJ

Jets' Isaiah Davis: Ready for Week 16

Davis (back) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game against the Rams, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Despite following an LP/LP/FP practice regimen this week, Davis is clear for Week 16 action, while fellow RB Braelon Allen (back) is listed as questionable. At the very least, Davis will be available behind Breece Hall this weekend, but he could have most of the complementary RB reps to himself if Allen is deemed inactive ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

  • Alvin Kamara RB | NO

    Saints' Alvin Kamara: Not practicing

Kamara (groin) isn't practicing Friday, Ross Jackson of WWL Louisiana reports.

Saints coach Darren Rizzi said Thursday that Kamara is unlikely to play Monday at Green Bay. Any form of practice participation this week would be a surprise, with the Saints preparing to have Kendre Miller and Jamaal Williams leading the way in the backfield.

  • Braelon Allen RB | NYJ

Jets' Braelon Allen: Questionable for Week 16

Allen (back) is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest versus the Rams, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Allen and fellow reserve back Isaiah Davis (back) were limited in the first two practices of Week 16 prep before upgrading to full activity Friday, but only the former has a designation for Sunday. Breece Hall remains the Jets' lead runner heading into the home stretch of the season, but Allen may now cede direct backup duties to Davis if he's inactive in Week 16.

  • Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Cleared for return

Walker (calf) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Minnesota, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

Walker returned to full practice participation Thursday and now figures to return to his role as Seattle's lead runner, although it's possible he gets less work than usual, given that it's his first game back from a two-week absence in which Zach Charbonnet filled in more than capably. That said, Walker has been the clear top RB whenever healthy this season, sometimes getting more snaps than Charbonnet on passing downs as well.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Cleared for Sunday

Charbonnet (oblique) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Minnesota, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

Neither does Kenneth Walker, whose absence the past two weeks with a calf injury turned Charbonnet into a high-end fantasy starter. It's possible Charbonnet's strong performances will get him a few extra touches relative to his workload before Walker's injury, but the Seahawks have made it clear all season that they prefer Walker as the lead runner.

  • DeeJay Dallas RB | JAC

Cardinals' DeeJay Dallas: Questionable due to illness

Dallas didn't practice Friday due to an illness and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Carolina, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

The Cardinals placed running back Emari Demercado (back) on injured reserve last week and now won't have position mate Trey Benson (ankle) available for Week 16. That left Dallas as the only other RB on the active roster aside from starter James Conner, but the former now is under the weather two days before a game. If Dallas isn't able to suit up Sunday, Michael Carter and Tony Jones are eligible to be elevated from the practice squad, but such transactions will need to occur by Saturday afternoon.

  • Patriots' JaMycal Hasty: Out for Week 16

Hasty (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bills.

Hasty has played sporadically on offense this season, posting a 20-69-0 rushing line and 10-59-1 receiving line as the third running back behind Rhamondre Stevenson and Antonio Gibson. If New England wants to elevate a running back for Week 16, Kevin Harris and Terrell Jennings are on the team's practice squad.

  • Travis Homer RB | CHI

Bears' Travis Homer: Doubtful for Week 16

Homer (hamstring) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Lions.

Homer was injured in Friday's practice, Patrick Finley of the Chicago Sun-Times reports. He wasn't on the injury report Wednesday or Thursday before getting in a limited session Friday. Roschon Johnson is back from his concussion this week and will help spell D'Andre Swift in the backfield. Homer's likely absence will mostly be felt on special teams.

  • Giants' Tyrone Tracy: Status in question for Sunday

Tracy (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Atlanta, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Tracy was a limited practice participant Wednesday and Thursday due to an ankle injury, which is clouding his status for Week 16 action. The Giants kick off at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, so his availability, or lack thereof, will be known before the early slate of games. Devin Singletary would be poised to lead New York's backfield if Tracy is inactive, with Eric Gray also available for any RB reps that linger.
