  • Breece Hall RB | NYJ

Jets' Breece Hall: Questionable, but coach hopeful for Sunday

Hall (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Eric Allen of the Jets' official site reports.

Per Allen, interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich is hopeful regarding the running back's Week 15 status, with Rich Cimini of ESPN.com relaying that Ulbrich noted on that front that it "looks good ... promising" for Hall. Fortunately for those considering Hall in fantasy lineups, the Jets kick off at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday. If, however, Hall is limited or out versus Jacksonville, Braelon Allen and Isaiah Davis would be in line to split the Jets' backfield duties.

  • Kene Nwangwu RB | NYJ

Jets' Kene Nwangwu: Expected to go to IR

Nwangwu (hand) is expected to be placed on injured reserve, Eric Allen of the Jets' official site reports.

Nwangwu played 18 snaps (one on offense and 17 on special teams) last week against Miami, but he was apparently injured along the way. Xavier Gipson is expected to take over as the Jets' kick returner.

  • Tony Pollard RB | TEN

Titans' Tony Pollard: Not spotted early on in practice

Pollard (ankle) wasn't present during the open portion of Friday's practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Pollard didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday, so his absence from the initial stage of Friday's session is noteworthy. The Titans' upcoming injury report will reveal his designation for Sunday's game against the Bengals, but if Pollard is limited or out this weekend, Tyjae Spears would be in line for added touches in Week 15.

  • Panthers' Raheem Blackshear: Limited again Friday

Blackshear (chest) remained limited in Friday's practice, Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports.

With Jonathon Brooks (knee) and Miles Sanders (ankle) both on injured reserve, Blackshear is suddenly Carolina's RB2 behind Chuba Hubbard. Behind him on the depth chart is WR turned RB Velus Jones, so Blackshear's availability is important. Back-to-back limited practices after a Wednesday DNP would suggest Blackshear has a decent chance to play Sunday against Dallas.

  • Bucky Irving RB | TB

Buccaneers' Bucky Irving: Potential game-time decision

Buccaneers coach Todd Bowles suggested Friday that Irving (back/hip) may be a game-time decision for Sunday's matchup with the Chargers, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Bowles said the team wants to put Irving through a pregame workout before making a decision on his active status. A questionable designation on the final injury report now seems likely, with fantasy managers potentially headed for a tricky situation ahead of a 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff Sunday.

  • Dolphins' Raheem Mostert: Optimism for Week 15

Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel said Friday he's "optimistic" Mostert (hip) will be able to play Sunday versus the Texans, Travis Wingfield of the Dolphins' official site reports.

Mostert has been limited in practice as of late due to a hip injury, the same issue that forced him to sit out Week 14 against the Jets. Even if he's active at Houston on Sunday, Mostert's opportunity share isn't guaranteed to bring fantasy relevance. The veteran back has combined for just 10 carries for 22 yards across his last four appearances, in addition to five grabs for 46 yards on seven targets.

  • Bucky Irving RB | TB

Buccaneers' Bucky Irving: Not seen during practice

Irving (back/hip) didn't participate in the media-access portion of Friday's practice, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.

Irving worked with a trainer on the field before practice but then went inside once the session started. Auman notes that it's possible Irving returned to practice once it was closed off to reporters, although the more likely outcome is that the running back simply didn't participate. Irving played through a hip injury last week against the Raiders, only to make an early exit in the second quarter due to back tightness. He never returned to the game and didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday.

  • Blake Corum RB | LAR

Rams' Blake Corum: Generates 20 total yards in win

Corum had three carries for five yards and brought in two of three targets for 15 yards in the Rams' 12-6 win over the 49ers on Thursday night.

Kyren Williams logged 29 carries for the second time in four days, so there wasn't much left over for Corum on the ground after he'd recorded eight rush attempts in both of the previous two contests. The rookie did set new career highs in receptions and receiving yards, albeit with modest totals. Williams now will have some extra time to rest from the aforementioned 58-carry tally over a compact two-game period, so Corum is likely to remain in a clear complementary role during a Week 16 road matchup against the Jets on Sunday, Dec. 22.

  • 49ers' Isaac Guerendo: Garners 75 total yards in loss

Guerendo rushed 16 times for 57 yards and brought in all four targets for 18 yards in the 49ers' 12-6 loss to the Rams on Thursday night.

Guerendo overcame the foot sprain he'd suffered in the Week 14 win over the Bears on Sunday to suit up and handle all of San Francisco's running back touches. However, the rookie surprisingly found some tough sledding against a Rams defense that has been beatable on the ground at times this season. Nevertheless, Guerendo impressively handled a solid workload in wet conditions and finished as the co-leader in receptions as well, and he'll have a secure fantasy floor as the clear lead back when the 49ers travel to face the Dolphins on Sunday, Dec. 22.

  • Kyren Williams RB | LAR

Rams' Kyren Williams: Another massive workload Thursday

Williams rushed 29 times for 108 yards and brought in both targets for four yards in the Rams' 12-6 win over the 49ers on Thursday night.

Williams accomplished the unlikely feat of recording 29 rush attempts for the second time in a four-day span, a testament to his ability to handle a true workhorse role while remaining productive. The third-year pro posted a new season-high single-game rushing yardage total in the process, as well as his third 100-yard effort of the campaign. Williams now will have some much-needed extra down time ahead of a Week 16 road battle against the Jets on Sunday, Dec. 22.
