Head coach Brian Callahan said Monday that Spears (hamstring) is considered week-to-week, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Spears injured his hamstring in Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Colts. While the week-to-week label doesn't officially rule Spears out for this upcoming Sunday's game against the Bills, his chances of suiting up are probably less than 50 percent. Julius Chestnut received the only carry by a Tennessee running back other than Tony Pollard or Spears in the loss to Indianapolis.

Williams played all 14 of his snaps on special teams in Sunday's 17-7 win over the Giants.

Williams has been active for each of the Bengals' first six games but still has yet to play a snap on offense. He'll remain out of the mix on offense as Cincinnati's No. 3 back while both Chase Brown and Zack Moss are healthy.

Hasty was on the field for 21 of the Patriots' 66 snaps on offense in Sunday's 41-21 loss to the Texans en route to carrying three tines for 12 yards and catching one of his two targets for nine yards, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

With Rhamondre Stevenson sidelined by a foot injury, Hastyand practice-squad elevation Terrell Jennings (14 snaps, five carries for 13 yards) worked behind Antonio Gibson on Sunday. Neither backup RB made much of an impact in the team's Week 6 offense, but Hasty did contribute on special teams, returning six kickoffs for 139 yards.

Reynolds rushed the ball six times for 21 yards in Sunday's 47-9 win over the Cowboys.

Reynolds saw some garbage-time work with the game well in hand for Detroit in the fourth quarter, logging his first offensive touches of the year. The 28-year-old remains a distant third option at running back behind David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs while keeping a slight edge over rookie Sione Vaki for that No. 3 spot.

Achane (concussion) wore a red non-contact jersey in practice Monday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

It's encouraging that Achane was on the practice field with his teammates Monday coming out of Miami's Week 6 bye, but he still has a few hurdles to clear in order to pass the NFL's five-step concussion protocol. He will need to upgrade to full practice participation at some point prior to Sunday's game against the Colts to have a chance to suit up. Raheem Mostert and Jaylen Wright would likely take on larger roles should Achane sit out due to the head injury that he sustained in the Week 5 win over the Patriots.

Laube lost a fumble on his only carry in Sunday's 32-13 loss to the Steelers.

The first offensive snap and rushing attempt of Laube's young NFL career resulted in a fumble, as the sixth-round rookie had the ball punched out of his arms by Steelers All-Pro T.J. Watt late in the second quarter. Laube didn't see the field on offense for the remainder of the contest, and with fellow running back Zamir White (groin) possibly returning against the Rams in Week 7, Laube could remain limited to a special-teams role.

Elliott carried the ball eight times for 17 yards in Sunday's loss to the Lions.

His longest gain went for only six yards as Elliott once again failed to make any kind of impact. The veteran back is averaging a career-low 3.0 yards per carry and has shown nothing that would suggest he's a threat to Rico Dowdle as Dallas' No. 1 RB. With the Cowboys on bye Week 7, they could use the break to evaluate their backfield and decide whether or not Dalvin Cook, who currently is stashed on the practice squad, deserves a look in Elliott's place Week 8 against the 49ers.

Hill had one carry for two yards and reeled in a two-yard reception on his lone target Sunday against the Commanders.

Hill's involvement was limited Sunday, as he played just 38 percent of the snaps and was not a big part of the scheme with just two total opportunities. Early in the season, Hill was at least reliably drawing targets even if he wasn't seeing many carries. That appears to have dried up, as he has just two catches for 10 yards over the last two games. Baltimore heads to Tampa Bay in Week 7.

Ogunbowale gained eight yards on two carries in Sunday's 41-21 win over New England in Week 6.

As expected, Ogunbowale (18 snaps) experienced a drop in playing time and touches due to the returns of both Joe Mixon and Dameon Pierce. Ogunbowale, who operates as a pass-catching back on third downs, was on the field more than Cam Akers (two snaps).

Akers had two carries for minus-1 yards in Sunday's 41-21 win over the Patriots.

As expected, Akers' role was significantly impacted by the returns of Joe Mixon and Dameon Pierce. Akers was on the field for just two snaps, which came during Houston's final possession. He should considered the fourth running back behind Mixon, Pierce and Dare Ogunbowale, who played 18 snaps Sunday.
