Kamara (hip/ribs) was a limited practice participant Friday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Kamara was listed with the same pair of injuries last week and ended up taking 26 touches for 119 yards and a touchdown on 81 percent snap share in a loss to the Falcons. The concern for Monday's game in Kansas City isn't Kamara's health but the health of his blockers, as the Saints already have starting center Erik McCoy (groin) on injured reserve and now have three additional interior linemen missing practice due to injuries. It won't be hard for the Chiefs to get superstar DT Chris Jones in favorable matchups, which is bad news for Kamara's rushing outlook but could help his receiving volume.

Bigsby (shoulder) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Colts after logging three limited practices this week, Demetrius Harvey of the Florida Times-Union reports.

Bigsby and Travis Etienne (shoulder) got the same treatment throughout the week, notching a trio of capped sessions apiece before being declared healthy on Friday's injury report. Etienne remains the favorite to get the majority of playing time in Jacksonville's backfield, but Bigsby may have earned a larger role after rushing for 90 yards on just seven carries in the 24-20 Week 4 loss to Houston.

Etienne (shoulder) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Colts after logging three limited practices, Demetrius Harvey of the Florida Times-Union reports.

Etienne did enough to stave off an injury designation Friday, despite failing to reach full practice participation at any point during the week. Tank Bigsby (shoulder) followed the same practice regimen and also has been cleared to play. Bigsby rushed for 90 yards on just seven carries in the 24-20 Week 4 loss to Houston, while Etienne spent a chunk of the first half on the sideline due to his shoulder injury. Etienne figures to get the bulk of the rushing workload Sunday, but Bigsby's efficiency coupled with both players' shoulder injuries add some uncertainty to Jacksonville's backfield situation.

Elliott doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at Pittsburgh, Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports reports.

Elliott was added to the injury report Thursday, with his limited participation chalked up to dehydration. He unsurprisingly returned to full participation a day later and now will suit up against the Steelers, likely in a secondary role behind Rico Dowdle. Elliott played less than 20 percent of snaps on offense the past two weeks, averaging 4.0 carries for 17.5 yards and 1.0 catch for 5.5 yards.

Robinson (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Robinson returned to practice Friday as a limited participant, with coach Dan Quinn saying the running back is "trending the right way" but still figures to be a game-time decision ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. Fellow Commanders running back Austin Ekeler has cleared concussion protocol and presumably will handle his largest role of the season if Robinson is inactive (or has his workload scaled back) this Sunday. Jeremy McNichols scored two TDs in Ekeler's stead last week and would continue to get some touches in the event of a Robinson absence.

Mostert (chest) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game in New England, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Mostert hasn't played since Week 1 due to a chest injury, which has sidelined him the last three contests. He was able to return to practice as of Sept. 18, but he also was listed as limited on every Dolphins injury report in the meantime until Friday, when he finally logged a full practice. Coach Mike McDaniel told Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald on Friday that the team is "going to modify how much he plays in general" if he's able to suit up Sunday. As a result, Mostert likely will be operating with a cap on his reps this weekend and perhaps until McDaniel feels he can handle a normal workload. Expect Mostert to play second fiddle to De'Von Achane out of Miami's backfield for the time being.

Walker (oblique) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Giants, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

Walker returned from the oblique injury to score three touchdowns in Monday's loss at Detroit after missing the previous three games. He seems to have avoided setbacks this week and should be ready for his usual lead role come Sunday.

Warren (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.

Fellow RB Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) has also been ruled out for the contest, which sets the stage for Aaron Shampklin to back up Najee Harris on Sunday. Meanwhile, La'Mical Perine and Jonathan Ward are candidates to be elevated from Pittsburgh's practice squad ahead of Week 5 action. Warren will target a possible return to action Sunday, Oct. 13 against the Raiders.

Patterson (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.

Both Patterson and Jaylen Warren (knee) will be unavailable Sunday after neither running back participated in any practices during the week. Aaron Shampklin is poised to operate as the top backup to Najee Harris, while one or both of Jonathan Ward and La'Mical Perine are options to be elevated from the practice squad to provide backfield depth. Patterson's next chance to play will be Week 6 against the Raiders.

Ali (neck) was a full participant in practice Friday, but he remains on injured reserve and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Ali's activity level Friday is an encouraging sign in his recovery from a neck injury, but it remains to be seen if the rookie fifth-round pick will be given the green light to make his NFL debut as Baltimore takes on an AFC North rival. The Ravens would have to officially activate Ali from injured reserve prior to Sunday's game for him to be eligible to play. Even if Ali suits up, he's unlikely to play a significant role with Derrick Henry and Justice Hill both thriving in Baltimore's backfield.
