Vidal carried the ball four times for 11 yards and also caught both of his targets for 40 yards and a touchdown in the 23-16 win over the Broncos on Sunday.

Vidal's touchdown came on a brilliantly schemed wheel route in the first quarter, as the rookie caught a perfectly thrown ball in stride for a 30-yard touchdown. Otherwise the 2024 sixth-round pick was held in check as J.K. Dobbins saw a large workload (25 carries, two targets) in the first game since Gus Edwards (ankle) was placed on injured reserve. It's at least encouraging to see Vidal push aside Hassan Haskins (two carries, five yards), who had been playing over the rookie on game days to give the team some special-teams versatility. Expect Vidal to see a few more opportunities in the coming weeks as the Chargers look to replace the loss of Edwards.

Dobbins carried the ball 25 times for 96 yards and a touchdown in the 23-16 win over the Broncos on Sunday. He also caught both of his targets for six yards.

Dobbins was effectively held in check as he averaged under four yards a carry, but quarterback Justin Herbert was brilliant in the first half, helping the offense expand a three-score lead that seemed insurmountable. Perhaps more importantly, Dobbins easily set a season high in carries, in part because of the game script, but this was also the first game without Gus Edwards (ankle), who was placed on injured reserve Saturday. Rookie Kimani Vidal (four carries 11 yards plus two catches for 40 yards and a touchdown) will likely get more involved as the weeks progress, but Dobbins appears to have a significant lock on the backfield at the moment.

Hubbard rushed 18 times for 92 yards and caught five of six targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 38-20 loss to Atlanta.

Hubbard continued his fantasy ascension in 2024 with another strong performance while handling 18 of Carolina's 21 rushing attempts from RBs. While the fourth-year back failed to extend his scoring streak to three games, he managed to produce his third game of 100-plus combined yards from scrimmage over the Panthers' last four contests. Hubbard remains unchallenged as Carolina's lead back, making him a must-start asset heading into next Sunday's tilt against Washington.

Allgeier rushed 18 times for 105 yards and a touchdown while catching his lone target for three yards in Sunday's 38-20 win over Carolina.

Allgeier finished as the Falcons' leading rusher in a game the Atlanta backfield tallied 200 yards and three touchdowns on the ground. Starter Bijan Robinson (15 carries for 95 yards and two touchdowns) produced the better fantasy line after hitting pay dirt twice in the first half of Sunday's win. The 24-year-old Allgeier still put up noteworthy numbers and reached double-digit carries for the first time all season. Allgeier's big performance should give him some appeal in deeper leagues Week 7, when the Falcons will match up with a porous Seattle run defense.

Montgomery rushed the ball 12 times for 80 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 47-9 win over the Cowboys. He added one reception on one target for zero yards.

Montgomery got the Detroit offense rolling by racking up 28 rushing yards with a touchdown on the team's first drive. He found the end zone again just before halftime with a one-yard touchdown plunge to give him his first multi-score game of the season. Montgomery saw only three carries in the second half due to a blowout game script, and even while splitting work with Jahmyr Gibbs out of the backfield, he has at least 70 total yards and a touchdown in all five games this season.

Barkley carried the ball 18 times for 47 yards and caught both his targets for seven yards in Sunday's 20-16 win over the Browns.

The running back failed to produce at least 100 scrimmage yards for the first time as an Eagle, but Barkley didn't need to carry the load on offense, as A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith were both back in action. Barkley has still averaged 5.3 yards per carry through five contests, a mark that would be a career high if he can keep it up, and he or the team may have simply been conserving his energy ahead of a potential revenge game in Week 7 against the Giants.

Robinson rushed 15 times for 95 yards and a pair of touchdowns while catching three of four targets for 10 yards in Sunday's 38-20 win over the Panthers.

Robinson scored twice in the first half en route to arguably his best game as a pro in the win over Carolina. The 2023 first-round pick had been averaging 57.0 rushing yards over his previous five contests with just one total touchdown over that span, so Sunday's showing could be the beginning of a hot streak for the talented back. Robinson should be considered a high-end play next Sunday against Seattle and its 27th-ranked rush defense.

Williams recorded two rushes for seven yards during Sunday's 51-27 loss versus the Buccaneers.

Williams was ineffective for the fourth week in a row, as he's netted eight carries for 26 yards over this span. The 29-year-old backup still hasn't seen his workload increase despite the continued absence of Taysom Hill, who was inactive for the second week in a row due to a ribs injury. Instead, Alvin Kamara totaled 13 carries and five receptions. With Williams failing to make an impact as a receiver or short-yardage back, it's not worth investing any fantasy attention in him moving forward.

Strong carried the ball eight times for 43 yards and caught two of three targets for 35 yards in Sunday's 20-16 loss to the Eagles.

Jerome Ford (hamstring) left the game early, and Strong wound up leading the Browns in rushing yards on the afternoon while also falling just seven receiving yards shy of Amari Cooper for the team lead in that category as well. While it was Strong's best performance of the season, he may not get much of a chance to repeat it with Nick Chubb (knee) expected to return to action in Week 7 against the Bengals.

Williams rushed six times for 23 yards while losing one fumble and caught three of six targets for 13 yards in Sunday's 23-16 defeat to the Chargers.

Williams not only struggled to produce from a fantasy standpoint, he also coughed up Denver's only fumble in a one-score loss. The 24-year-old has been underwhelming as the Broncos' starter through six games this season, averaging 3.6 yards per carry with no trips to the end zone. Williams doesn't inspire confidence as a fantasy play heading into Thursday's matchup against a stingy Saints defense.
