Forristall reverted to the Browns' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Forristall received another opportunity with the active roster Sunday against the Dolphins, as David Njoku remained sidelined with an ankle injury. The 24-year-old saw just one snap on offense while also chipping in on special teams, but he failed to record any stats. If Njoku remains sidelined in Week 11, Forristall would likely get another chance to play against the Bills.

Coach John Harbaugh expressed optimism Monday with regard to Andrews' (knee/shoulder) chances of returning to action Sunday against the Panthers.

Andrews missed the Ravens' Week 9 win over the Saints but was afforded some extra healing time with the team on bye last week. Per Harbaugh, the Ravens plan to "see how it progresses throughout the rest of the week" with their top TE, but the coach suggested that Andrews is among Baltimore's injured players who "have a real good chance" to be back in action Week 11. A return to practice, in any capacity, Wednesday on Andrews' part would support that notion.

Ertz plans to get a second opinion on the knee injury that he suffered Sunday against the Rams, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN reports.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported that the tight end's knee injury is believed to be a season-ending issue, with Weinfuss confirming that Ertz is out indefinitely. For his part, Cardinals coach Kliff Kingsbury noted that the team expects to have a clearer picture regarding Ertz's status later Monday or Tuesday. In Ertz's looming absence, TEs Trey McBride and Stephen Anderson are in line to see added opportunities in Arizona's passing game in the coming weeks.

Ertz is believed to have suffered a season-ending knee injury Sunday against the Rams, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Initially, it was reported that Ertz had avoided a season ender and would be sidelined for multiple weeks, but it appears an MRI on Monday revealed significant damage to his knee. The veteran tight end thus is in line to end the 2022 campaign with 47 receptions on 69 targets for 406 yards and four scores. In his absence, rookie second-round pick Trey McBride likely will operate as the starter, but Stephen Anderson also could see an increased offensive role moving forward.

Tonyan was targeted once and caught one pass for eight yards in Sunday's 31-28 overtime victory over the Cowboys.

Tonyan had at least four targets in five straight games heading into Sunday's contest, but he was an afterthought in the offense Week 10 and finished with seasons lows in all of the target, reception and yardage categories. He will have a chance to get back on track Week 11 against a Titans defense that ranks second-to-last in the league against the pass, but note that the bulk of the yards they have given up have been accumulated by wide receivers.

McKitty caught three of his six targets for 21 yards in Sunday's 22-16 loss to the 49ers.

McKitty saw a massive increase in playing time after Gerald Everett left Sunday's game with a groin injury, and the second-year tight end would have had a nice outing if not for an easy first-half drop that would have went for a touchdown. Everett's status is one to monitor this week, as the Chargers typically tend to use at least one tight end as a pass catcher, particularly with Mike Williams (ankle) and Keenan Allen (hamstring) sidelined. Typically known as a blocking specialist, McKitty might be forced into a prominent role if Everett was to miss extended time.

Gesicki secured two of three targets for 31 yards during Sunday's 39-17 win over the Browns.

Gesicki has surpassed 50 receiving yards in only one of his 10 appearances this season, and Sunday's win was a reminder to fantasy managers that the athletic tight end's floor is worrying due to a passing offense that runs through wide receivers Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. It was Trent Sherfield (5-63-1) who capitalized on complementary target opportunities Week 10, and while Gesicki will remain involved when the Dolphins return from their Week 11 bye, the tight end's fantasy results may not be desirable in contests where he doesn't score.

Trautman hauled in two of three targets for 22 yards during Sunday's 20-10 loss to the Steelers.

Trautman tied his season high in targets despite playing fewer than 20 offensive snaps for the second game in a row. The 25-year-old has also caught a pass in each of his last six games, hauling in all but two of his 12 targets over this span. While Trautman has been a consistent short-yardage receiver in the Saints' limited passing offense, his overall production will remain capped while playing behind top tight end Juwan Johnson.

Engram caught three of four targets for 14 yards during Sunday's 27-17 loss to the Chiefs.

Engram had a four-yard touchdown catch nullified by a penalty during the third quarter but otherwise played a minor role in the passing game. The 28-year-old didn't appear significantly bothered by the back injury he suffered last week and played 88 percent of the offensive snaps. He has only four catches for 22 yards over the past two games and will enter the Jaguars' Week 11 bye with 36 receptions for 352 yards and one touchdown on the season.

Freiermuth secured four of seven targets for 36 yards during the Steelers' 20-10 win over the Saints on Sunday.

Freiermuth has drawn at least seven targets in each of his three appearances since returning to action from a concussion, but he managed only four receptions Sunday and was held under 40 yards for the third time this season. The 2021 second-rounder has nearly matched his yardage total from a year ago, as he's secured 36 of 55 targets for 403 yards and a touchdown over his first eight appearances in 2022.
