  • Chris Myarick TE | MIA

Giants' Chris Myarick: Not listed on injury report

Myarick doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's contest against the Ravens, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.

Myarick was limited at each practice during Week 6 prep due to an ankle issue, but he doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's matchup. The third-year pro has played at least 20 offensive snaps in four straight games while operating as the Giants' No. 2 tight end and occasional fullback.

  • Pat Freiermuth TE | PIT

Steelers' Pat Freiermuth: Won't play Sunday

Freiermuth (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.

Freiermuth, who suffered a concussion against the Bills last weekend, was listed as a limited practice participant this week, but he's still in the concussion protocol and will now look to gain clearance to play ahead of Week 7 action. In his absence, fellow tight end Zach Gentry (who notched five catches against Buffalo) is line to see an expanded role versus Tampa Bay along with 2022 sixth-rounder Connor Heyward.

  • Tyler Higbee TE | LAR

Rams' Tyler Higbee: Gets injury tag for Week 6

Rams head coach Sean McVay said Higbee (ankle) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers, but the tight end is expected to play, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

The Rams are giving questionable designations to both of their top pass catchers in Higbee and wideout Cooper Kupp (foot), but McVay doesn't believe either player is in serious danger of missing the Week 6 contest. With offseason pickup Allen Robinson having yet to demonstrate much of a rapport with quarterback Matthew Stafford, Higbee has established himself as the Rams' clear No. 2 target behind Kupp. Through five games, Higbee has yet to find the end zone, but he's amassed 33 catches for 290 yards on 48 targets.

  • Tyler Kroft TE | MIA

49ers' Tyler Kroft: Questionable for Sunday

Kroft (knee) is questionable for Sunday's contest against the Falcons, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Kroft is listed as questionable for the first time since suffering an MCL sprain during Week 2. Even if he's deemed available, it's possible the veteran tight end will be limited following a three-game absence.

  • Dawson Knox TE | BUF

Bills' Dawson Knox: Good to go Sunday

Knox (foot/hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game in Kansas City.

Though he never advanced beyond limited participation in practices Wednesday through Friday after sitting out the Week 5 win over the Steelers, Knox showed enough improvement in his recovery from the pair of injuries for the Bills to clear him to play Sunday. Knox should step back into the No. 1 role at tight end in what should be one of the higher-scoring matchups of Week 6, making the 25-year-old a viable lineup option coming off the one-game absence. Through four outings this season, Knox has accrued 12 catches for 111 yards and no touchdowns on 17 targets.

  • Kyle Pitts TE | ATL

    Falcons' Kyle Pitts: Deemed questionable

Pitts (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com reports.

Pitts said Wednesday that he expects to play, but the Falcons may still view it as an unresolved matter ahead of their 1 p.m. ET kickoff Sunday. The tight end returned to limited practices Wednesday through Friday after sitting out all of last week and ultimately missing the 21-15 loss to Tampa Bay. His absence led to a jump in playing time for converted college quarterback Feleipe Franks, who finished with two targets (both incomplete) on 30 snaps (45 percent) after playing just six snaps total over the first four weeks of the season.

  • Panthers' Stephen Sullivan: Full practice Friday

Sullivan (back) was a full participant at Friday's practice ahead of the Panthers' Week 6 game against the Rams, Darin Gantt of the team's official website reports.

Sullivan will be ready to go for Sunday's matchup with Los Angeles after logging a full practice Friday. With Baker Mayfield (ankle) unlikely to play, the tight end faces uphill odds to build off his one reception this season.

  • Cole Turner TE | MIA

Commanders' Cole Turner: Handles three-down role

Turner caught both of his targets for 23 yards in a 12-7 win over the Bears on Thursday, playing 93 percent of snaps on offense with fellow tight ends Logan Thomas (calf) and John Bates (hamstring) both unavailable.

Thomas was on the inactive list for a second straight week, while Bates didn't log any playing time due to a hamstring injury suffered during pregame warmups. Turner thus found himself in a three-down role, after seeing 51 percent of snaps and three targets (zero catches) the week before in a timeshare with Bates. Turner, a rookie fifth-round pick, could have some deep-league appeal for Week 7 against the Packers if both Thomas and Bates are sidelined again. His prospects for fantasy production will be minimal if either of those two returns.

  • John Bates TE | WAS

Commanders' John Bates: Doesn't log any snaps Thursday

Bates (hamstring) didn't play any snaps in Thursday's game against the Bears.

Bates injured his hamstring in pregame warmups, leaving the Commanders with Cole Turner and Armani Rogers at tight end. The week before, Bates and Turner had worked in tandem with Logan Thomas (calf) inactive, drawing three targets apiece. Turner played 93 percent of offensive snaps in Thursday's win over the Bears, and he could have a similar role Week 7 against Green Bay if neither Thomas nor Bates is ready to play. The TE spot in Washington hasn't provided much production this year, with a combined output of 225 yards (37.5 per game) and one touchdown through six weeks.

  • Cole Kmet TE | CHI

Bears' Cole Kmet: Minor role in loss

Kmet caught one pass for 15 yards in the Bears' 12-7 loss to the Commanders on Thursday.

Even though Justin Fields threw a season-high 27 passes, Kmet was targeted just three times. He's failed to surpass 16 yards in four of six games while not posting more than 46 yards in any game. Unless he sees a significant change in his role, he'll remain a lackluster option for fantasy.
