Stephen Sullivan TE | CAR
Panthers' Stephen Sullivan: Elevated from practice squad
Sullivan was elevated from the Panthers' practice squad as a COVID-19 replacement Thursday, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
Sullivan also joined the active roster for Sunday's Week 16 loss to the Buccaneers and failed to secure his lone target. He should serve in a depth role once again in Sunday's matchup against New Orleans.

Tyler Davis TE | NE
Packers' Tyler Davis: Moves to COVID list
Davis (undisclosed) was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday.
Davis is now in the health and safety protocols in advance of Week 17. He's played 31 offensive snaps across the past two games and has one reception for 22 yards.

Brandon Dillon TE | WAS
Brandon Dillon: Joins Jets' practice squad
Dillon was signed to the Jets' practice squad Wednesday.
Dillon was cut from the Vikings' practice squad Tuesday but it didn't take long for him to latch on with a new team. Dillon played 22 snaps on special teams in his lone game appearance of the season for Minnesota.

Tyler Conklin TE | DET
Vikings' Tyler Conklin: Dealing with hamstring issue
Conklin didn't practice Wednesday due to a hamstring injury.
Aside from having practice limitations during Week 4 prep due to glute and elbow issues, Conklin has avoided Vikings injury reports this season. His weekly numbers mostly has been modest, but he still has put together a 54-540-3 line on 74 targets, which easily surpasses the 32-329-1 line on 43 targets that he combined for in his first three campaigns. Assuming he's able to put the issue behind him by Sunday night's game at Green Bay, Conklin could be in line for more volume following the placement of Adam Thielen (ankle) on injured reserve Wednesday.

Adam Trautman TE | DEN
Saints' Adam Trautman: Returns from COVID list
Trautman (illness) came off the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday.
Trautman is one of 19 players that the Saints got back from COVID protocols this week, as they'll field a much more complete team come Sunday against Carolina. The 2020 third-round pick sits atop the Saints' tight end depth chart when healthy.
-
Travis Kelce TE | KC
Chiefs' Travis Kelce: Returns with full practice
Kelce (illness) isn't listed on Wednesday's injury report after being removed from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
A full practice at the beginning of the week suggests Kelce may be on track to handle his normal workload Sunday in Cincinnati after missing the Chiefs' Week 16 win over Pittsburgh. Teammate Tyreek Hill played only 42 percent of the snaps on offense against Pittsburgh after recovering from his own bout with COVID-19, but Kelce will have had more time to rest and regain his strength before the upcoming matchup with the Bengals.

Taysom Hill QB | NO
Saints' Taysom Hill: Comes off COVID-19 list
The Saints activated Hill (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Considering this activation occurred two days after the Saints' last game Monday against the Dolphins, Hill wasn't particularly close to gaining clearance to play Week 16. Trevor Siemian (illness) also came off the COVID-19 list Wednesday, setting him up to act as the No. 2 quarterback on New Orleans' active roster while pushing rookie Ian Book to his usual spot as the third signal-caller. Hill will resume working with the first-team offense in advance of Sunday's contest versus the Panthers.

Darren Waller TE | MIA
Raiders' Darren Waller: Lands on COVID list
The Raiders placed Waller (knee/back) on the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday.
According to Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Waller is vaccinated, which means he tested positive for the virus but will have the opportunity to exit the protocol as soon as he's asymptomatic or has tested negative on two straight occasions at least 24 hours apart. That being said, Waller hasn't been able to practice in any capacity since suffering knee and back injuries in the Raiders' Thanksgiving Day win over the Cowboys, so he'll more than likely spend a fifth consecutive game on the sideline this weekend in Indianapolis. Expect Foster Moreau to make another start at tight end.
-
Zach Ertz TE | WAS
Cardinals' Zach Ertz: Still limited by hamstring injury
Ertz (hamstring) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Ertz has tended to hamstring injuries this season while with both Philadelphia and Arizona, with the current one nagging him for a third straight week. Still, he hasn't missed a game and has increased his snap share in each of the past five games from 76 to 97 percent. Ertz has gobbled up 28 of 42 targets for 268 yards and two touchdowns during that span, so he should be set for a decent amount of work over the final two contests of the campaign, especially with DeAndre Hopkins (knee) on injured reserve and running backs James Conner (heel) and Chase Edmonds (back) both banged up at the moment.

Darren Waller TE | MIA
Raiders' Darren Waller: In COVID protocol
Waller (knee/back), who has missed the Raiders' past four games, is expected to be placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
Raiders interim head coach Rich Bisaccia had previously been hopeful that Waller might practice Wednesday, but the tight end's impending move to the COVID-19 list will thwart those plans. Even if he's able to test out of the NFL's COVID-19 protocol in expedient fashion, he'll more than likely miss multiple practices this week, which could make it difficult for him to gain clearance for Sunday's game against the Colts.
