Parkinson didn't catch his lone target in Sunday's 25-24 loss to the Bears.

Even with Will Dissly in COVID-19 protocol, Parkinson couldn't get anything going offensively. The 2020 fourth-round pick will continue to work as a specialist once Dissly returns to the lineup.

Brown caught two of three targets for 10 yards in Sunday's 41-29 win over the Chargers.

Brown, as is customary, led Houston's tight ends in snaps but had little to show for it. Since a five-target/four-catch/67-yard performance in Week 1, Brown has compiled just 95 yards over the last 12 contests.

Akins did not catch his lone target and played one snap in Sunday's 41-29 win over the Chargers.

With rookie Brevin Jordan back on the field after not playing the previous week, Akins returned to a minor role, although his one target came in the red zone. It's clear the Texans are developing the rookie, and Akins could be playing out his final days in Houston.

Jordan caught four of four targets for 56 yards in Sunday's 41-29 win over the Chargers.

Jordan, who was active but did not play in Week 15, returned to a prominent role. Apparently, a hand injury was the reason for last week's lack of involvement. The rookie finished second on the team in receiving yards and has eight touches on 11 targets over the last two games in which he's gotten onto the field. Overall, Jordan's caught 19 of 27 targets for 169 yards (8.7 YPG) with three touchdowns over seven games.

Lewis was targeted three times and caught two passes for two yards in the Packers' 24-22 victory over the Browns in Week 16.

After racking up at least 40 yards in back-to-back outings Lewis made only a blip in the box score in Week 16. Part of that may have been due to reduced opportunities, as his snap-count percentage declined from 50 to 41 percent. Lewis will have a chance to find the end zone in Week 17 against a Vikings team that allowed opposing tight ends to tally five touchdowns over its last six games, but with him taking a back seat to Josiah Deguara in Week 16 after splitting the work with him in the six games prior to that, his chances of helping those still alive in their fantasy leagues are slim.

Deguara was targeted three times and caught two passes for five yards in the Packers' 24-22 victory over the Browns in Week 16.

Deguara played at least 55 percent of the snaps for a third week in a row, and for the first time in his career was the only Packers tight end to spend more than half the offensive plays on the field. While those numbers seemingly point to him being the team's top option at the position, they have not translated into any meaningful production, as he has recorded just eight receptions for 65 yards in three games since the Week 13 bye. Deguara should again spend ample time on the field in the Packers' Week 17 matchup with the Vikings, and although his recent numbers don't inspire much confidence, he should have a chance to find paydirt against an opponent that allowed tight ends to rack up five scores over its last six games.

Bryant caught his lone target for a one-yard touchdown in Week 16's 24-22 loss to the Packers on Saturday.

Bryant found space in the end zone for an easy touchdown catch, the second straight game with a score for the second-year player. The Browns' three-headed crew at tight end makes it hard to predict which of Bryant, Austin Hooper or David Njoku will be the one to step up for a fantasy team any given week, but Cleveland's tight ends have accounted for eight of the team's 17 passing scores.

Njoku did not catch either of his two targets in Week 16's 24-22 loss to the Packers on Saturday.

Both of his targets came on Cleveland's final drive that ended in quarterback Baker Mayfield's fourth interception of the day. Njoku was unable to hold on to one of the targets and was wide open on the other, but Mayfield missed him badly. With Austin Hooper back in the fold after spending Week 15 on the reserve/COVID-19 list, Njoku's involvement decreased.

Bates caught two of three targets for 45 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 56-14 loss at Dallas.

Bates technically recovered his own fumble in the end zone, cutting the deficit to 42 points late in the fourth quarter. He played 75 percent of offensive snaps in the contest, while pass-catching specialist Ricky Seals-Jones took only 45 percent and finished with a loss of four yards on his lone reception.

Seals-Jones caught his lone target for negative-four yards in Sunday's 56-14 loss to Dallas.

Seals-Jones may have caught the worst of this one-sided affair, as his lone target went backwards and he didn't get another touch for the remainder of the contest. Backup tight end John Bates flashed his talent in garbage time (2-45-1), so we could see some of RSJ's targets go his way on a fluid depth chart. Most fantasy managers won't bother with Seals-Jones heading into a Week 17 matchup against the Eagles.
