Akins caught two of three targets for seven yards in Sunday's 17-9 loss to Miami.

Akins, who has multiple catches in six of the last seven games, also had a fumble late in the fourth quarter that stymied the Texans' comeback attempt. There could be change coming in the second half after Houston's bye in Week 10, as the 29-year-old tight end is in the final year of his contract and is not expected back in 2022. The Texans are developing rookie tight end Brevin Jordan to take on the receiving role at the position.

Kittle caught six of eight targets for 101 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 31-17 loss to the Cardinals.

The tight end looked completely healthy in his first game action since Week 4, and Kittle celebrated his return from a calf injury by leading the 49ers in receiving yards and scoring his first TD of 2021 on a six-yard toss from Jimmy Garoppolo just before halftime. Kittle will attempt to continue to make up for lost time in a Week 10 clash with the Rams.

Higbee had five receptions (10 targets) for 51 yards in Sunday's 28-16 loss to the Titans.

Higbee bounced back after a poor Week 8 showing (three catches for 25 yards), posting his highest receiving total since Week 1, with the 10 targets marking a new season high. The 28-year-old has been relatively quiet this season, but he provides a decent floor at a shallow fantasy position, so there is still some utility for Higbee. Up next for the Rams is a Monday Night Football matchup against the 49ers.

Swaim caught all four targets for 29 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-16 win over the Rams.

Swaim turned in another solid fantasy performance, hitting pay dirt for the second consecutive game. The veteran tight end had just 53 total yards and no touchdowns over the seven contests prior to his recent hot streak despite seeing relatively the same playing time. That said, the Titans are going to be without Derrick Henry (foot) for the foreseeable future, and he pretty much hoarded all of the the Titans' goal-line touches, so perhaps Swaim has carved out a niche as a red-zone threat.

Goedert caught three of six targets for 43 yards in Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Chargers.

While it wasn't a particularly impressive effort, Goedert still finished second on the Eagles in catches and receiving yards while tying DeVonta Smith for the team lead in targets. The tight end has caught multiple passes in every game he's played this season, a streak he'll look to extend in Week 10 against the Broncos.

Schultz recorded four receptions on five targets for 54 yards in Sunday's 30-16 loss to the Broncos.

Schultz led the team in receiving yards, though that is more of an indication of the Cowboys' lack of offensive production than a tremendous performance on his part. He compiled the majority of his production with receptions of 20 and 17 yards, marking his fourth game this season in which has recorded a catch of 20 or more yards. Schultz has seen a consistent role in the offense this season, and that should only further solidified while Blake Jarwin (hip) remains sidelined.

Hooper caught two of two targets for 14 yards in Sunday's 41-16 win over the Bengals.

Hooper and the rest of Cleveland's tight ends shared seven targets with David Njoku, who notched an 18-yard-touchdown. It was the sixth straight game without a touchdown for Hooper, who had two red-zone targets Sunday (one called back by penalty) and leads the Browns with 10 such targets this season.

Bryant caught two of two targets for 26 yards in Sunday's 41-16 win over the Bengals.

Cleveland's tight ends had a greater share of the targets in the first game following Odell Beckham's release, although the offensive game plan was, as usual, geared toward establishing the run. Bryant's production Sunday moves him to 11 receptions for 139 yards and zero touchdowns over nine games.

Njoku caught one of three targets for 18 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 41-16 win over Cincinnati.

Njoku finished off the scoring with an 18-yard grab late in the fourth quarter, cementing a big road win for the Browns, who came off a three-week stretch of wobbly efforts by the offense while also attempting to put the Odell Beckham drama behind them. All three of Njoku's targets were inside the Bengals 20, and the touchdown was his first in four weeks.

Trautman caught four of seven targets for 47 yards during Sunday's 27-25 loss to Atlanta.

Trautman didn't do much before the fourth quarter, but on one drive he had four catches within six plays to help the Saints get their first touchdown, after which Trautman was unsuccessfully targeted on a two-point conversion attempt. That brings Trautman up to 13 targets in under two games with Trevor Siemian after averaging 2.2 in just over six games with Jameis Winston (knee), who will miss the rest of the year with a torn ACL. While Winston technically had higher upside than Siemian as a passer, Trautman's outlook would obviously benefit much more from someone who will more frequently throw him the ball.
