Arnold notched two catches (on three targets) for 57 yards during Sunday's 37-34 overtime win against the Seahawks.

Fellow tight end Darrell Daniels started and led his position mates with a 51-percent share of the snaps on offense, but he also failed to haul in his only target. Meanwhile, Arnold received a 25-percent share and finally surpassed 50 yards receiving for the first time in seven appearances this season, thanks mainly to a 41-yard reception that represented the Cardinals' longest play from scrimmage on the night. Considering the uneven nature of his contributions to date, he's difficult to trust for production, but perhaps Sunday's performance will get him back in the good graces of coach Kliff Kingsbury and quarterback Kyler Murray.

Johnson reverted to the Saints' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

The Oregon product made his first career NFL appearance during Sunday's 27-24 win against the Panthers, fielding 19 percent of the offensive snaps with both Michael Thomas (hamstring/ankle) and Emmanuel Sanders (reserve/COVID-19 list) inactive for Week 7. Johnson did not garner a single target, however, as Marquez Callaway, Tre'Quan Smith and Deonte Harris picked up most of the slack at wide receiver.

Keene brought in his only target for eight yards in Sunday's 33-6 loss to the 49ers.

In his NFL debut, Keene logged 24 (of a possible 52) snaps on offense, which was actually one more than starter Ryan Izzo. Keene could make a fantasy impact down the road, but so far this season New England's tight ends have been afterthoughts in the team's passing attack.

Everett is slated to be the Rams' leading tight end Monday against the Bears with Tyler Higbee (hand) inactive, Cameron DaSilva of USA Today reports.

After being targeted a total of five times through the first four games of the campaign, Everett has received four targets in both of the past two contests. During that stretch, he accumulated seven catches for 117 yards and no touchdowns, so he'll be looking to build upon his recent success with an increased workload on tap. Behind Everett, Johnny Mundt and Brycen Hopkins are available for any TE reps that linger.

Higbee (hand) is listed as inactive Monday versus the Bears, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.

In the midst of Higbee following a DNP/DNP/LP practice regimen, coach Sean McVay said Friday that the TE was expected to play through the hand injury he suffered Week 6 at San Francisco. Instead, the Rams have changed course and opted to keep Higbee in street clothes Monday. In Higbee's place, Gerald Everett will be the Rams' top TE in Week 7, with Johnny Mundt and Brycen Hopkins on hand for any lingering reps.

Sternberger hauled in a three-yard touchdown pass on his lone target in Sunday's 35-20 victory over the Texans.

Sternberger notched the first regular-season touchdown of his career and was the only Green Bay tight end to find pay dirt in Sunday's contest, but he finished third at his position in snaps and did not see another pass in his direction. While Sternberger was on the field for at least 30 percent of the snaps three times over the Packers' last four games, expect him and Marcedes Lewis to continue playing complementary roles behind top tight end Robert Tonyan.

Schultz caught two of four targets for 22 yards in Sunday's 25-3 loss to Washington.

The tight end's four targets ranked third on the Cowboys for the day, and he was the only other Dallas player to catch multiple passes aside from Amari Cooper. The outlook for the entire offense is bleak due to multiple injuries along the offensive line, but with rookie Ben DiNucci potentially being forced into action Week 8 in place of Andy Dalton (concussion), Schultz could still see decent target volume as a security blanket for the young QB in his first NFL start.

Hudson brought in his only target for a 12-yard reception in the Buccaneers' 45-20 win over the Raiders on Sunday.

The towering tight end made an impressive grab on his one catch, his second of the season overall. Hudson played on just two snaps from scrimmage overall, however, although that was only 10 fewer than position mate Cameron Brate, the player directly above him on the depth chart. Hudson does have an intriguing size/athleticism combination, so it remains to be seen if he makes a legitimate run at Brate's No. 2 role at some point during the second half of the season.

Coach Kevin Stefanski said Monday he doesn't know whether Hooper (appendix) will be available for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.

Hooper sat out Cleveland's divisional win over the Bengals in Week 6 while recovering from an appendectomy, and it looks possible that he could be out until the team's bye in Week 9. Harrison Bryant (5-56-2) and David Njoku (2-20-1) both performed well with Hooper out, which could provide the Browns reason to be confident in letting the top tight end sit and get healthy.

Coach Romeo Crennel said Monday that he expects Akins (concussion/ankle) to be available against Jacksonville in Week 9, Drew Dougherty of the Texans' official site reports.

Akins has missed three straight games while dealing with a concussion as well as an ankle injury, but it appears as though he's set to return to action after the Texans' bye. The 28-year-old served as Houston's clear top tight end during the first three games of the season, so if he's indeed able to fully clear the concussion protocol for Week 9, he'll stand to resume handling No.1 reps.
