Everett (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game in Arizona, Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com reports.

Everett hyperextended his knee during Monday's 45-6 loss to Baltimore, and while he was able to rejoin the contest, he was then held out of practice Wednesday through Friday. His absence could leave Tyler Higbee in an every-down role, and it also decreases the overall competition for targets.

Kittle (knee/ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game in Baltimore, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Reportedly dealing with a bone chip in his ankle, Kittle may have to deal with pain for the rest of the season, but the 49ers expect that he'll continue to play. He returned from a two-game absence with a bang, catching six passes for 129 yards and a touchdown last week against the Packers. Sunday's road matchup with the red-hot Ravens defense is far more challenging, but Kittle is a top-three fantasy option at tight end whenever he suits up.

Graham (calf) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Giants.

As per usual, the Packers put a cap on Graham's practice reps this week, with the tight end sitting out Wednesday's session before garnering "limited" listings Thursday and Friday. The lack of full activity shouldn't result in Graham's snaps being restricted Sunday, as he's played at least 40 percent of the offensive plays in every game this season despite being a fixture on the Packers' injury reports.

Alie-Cox (thumb) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans.

Alie-Cox sat out the first two practices of the week but worked as a full participant Friday. The 26-year-old has been dealing with the thumb issue over the last couple weeks but again appears likely to play through the injury.

The Eagles list Ertz (hamstring) as questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

Ertz will unsurprisingly take an injury designation into the weekend after the hamstring issue caused him to turn in just one limited practice this week. Despite Ertz's lack of on-field reps leading up to Sunday, the Eagles are apparently optimistic the tight end will be good to go for gameday, as teammate Dallas Goedert suggested would be the case Friday when he spoke to Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia. Ertz has garnered at least 11 targets in each of the Eagles' past three games, but he could take on a smaller role in the passing attack in Week 13 with the team slated to welcome its top two wideouts -- Alshon Jeffery (ankle) and Nelson Agholor (knee) -- back to the lineup.

Thomas was not targeted in the passing game during Thursday's 24-20 loss to the Bears.

After Thomas logged a season-high 28 offensive snaps last week, it seemed like his role was expanding in the Lions offense. However, the banged-up T.J. Hockenson (shoulder/leg) commanded 11 targets from new quarterback David Blough on Thursday -- compared to zero for Thomas and Jesse James combined -- which, coupled with the dip in playing time, suggests otherwise. Thomas at least has the kind of receiving upside that James does not, but it will still be difficult to trust Thomas as anything more than a cheap dart throw in DFS.

Despite being ruled out for at least one more week, Engram (foot) is optimistic he'll be ready to play sooner rather than later, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

While he still hasn't returned to practice, Engram was able to do some cutting and running this week. He'll be inactive for a third straight game when the Giants host the Packers on Sunday, joined by fellow tight end Rhett Ellison (concussion) in street clothes. Kaden Smith served as the team's No. 1 tight end in a Week 12 loss to the Bears, playing 98 percent of the offensive snaps in the contest and catching five of six targets for 17 yards and a touchdown.

James was not targeted during Thursday's 24-20 loss to the Bears.

Even with T.J. Hockenson (leg/shoulder) banged up, James still only saw about a third of the available snaps. Moreover, quarterback David Blough locked in on Hockenson from the get-go as the rookie tight end easily paced the team with 11 targets while James and Logan Thomas combined for zero. These minor responsibilities as a receiver will continue to prevent James from attaining fantasy relevance in even the deepest of fantasy leagues.

Coach Freddie Kitchens said Friday that the Browns have yet to decide whether Njoku (wrist) will be activated from injured reserve prior to Sunday's matchup with the Steelers, Andrew Gribble of the Browns' official site reports.

Njoku returned to practice Nov. 20 and reportedly took full contact that same day, but the Browns have yet to confirm that the tight end has completely moved past the fractured wrist he sustained Week 2. Though Kitchens remains mum on Njoku's status for Week 13, the Browns could still wait until Saturday to add the tight end back to the 53-man roster. If the Browns determine Njoku isn't fit to play this week, the team would have until Dec. 11 to activate him or shut him down for the remainder of the season.

Sample (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jets, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.

Sample will miss his third straight game since suffering the right ankle injury Week 10 against the Ravens. Tyler Eifert and C.J. Uzomah are the team's only healthy tight ends since Cethan Carter (concussion) also has been ruled out.
