Hockenson (concussion) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Packers.

Hockenson was able to practice without limitations both Friday and Saturday, but he'll still need to be cleared by an independent neurologist before he can play Monday. This may end up being a game-time call when the inactives are released 90 minutes before Monday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff. If Hockenson's unable to go, Jesse James figures to be the Lions' No. 1 tight end.

Tonyan (hip) did not practice Saturday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

With Tonyan officially not practicing all week due to a hip injury he suffered in last week's game against the Cowboys, it looks like he'll remain on the sideline for Monday night's contest. This should be confirmed once the Packers release their final injury report of the week.

Hockenson (concussion) will practice Saturday, Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com reports.

This doesn't come as a surprise, as Hockenson was listed as a full participant on Friday's estimated injury report. This doesn't, however, mean that the tight end has cleared concussion protocol. Look for confirmation on that once the Lions release their final injury report of the week, but all signs are pointing toward Hockenson suiting up Monday night.

The Seahawks promoted Hollister from the practice squad Friday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.

This move was among a number of transactions to address the placement of guard Ethan Pocic (back) on injured reserve. If Hollister is active Sunday at Cleveland, he may have difficulty getting on the field behind Will Dissly and Luke Willson. Assuming he does, though, Hollister's main focus may be blocking due to injuries along the offensive front.

Tonyan (hip) didn't participate at Friday's practice, Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports.

Tonyan sustained the hip injury during Sunday's win over the Cowboys and has been unable to practice this week. The 25-year-old will need to take the field in some capacity Saturday to have a legitimate chance of playing against the Lions on Monday.

Lewis (heel) was a limited practice participant Friday, Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports.

Lewis was added to the injury report this week with the heel issue and has been a limited participant both days of practice. The veteran tight end may need to participate fully Saturday to avoid an injury designation for Monday's game against the Lions.

Kittle was added to the injury report Friday with a groin issue, leaving him questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Coach Kyle Shanahan expects the tight end to play, but unfortunate timing at the end of the week suggests it could come down to a game-time decision before Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff. Should Kittle end up missing the divisional showdown, Ross Dwelley and Levine Toilolo would take on more snaps at tight end, while the team's wide receivers and running backs would be tasked with larger shares of the pass-catching workload. Kittle has accounted for 25 percent of the 49ers' targets this season, after handling 26 percent in 2018.

Hockenson has yet to clear the protocol for head injuries, but this development is the best sign yet that a visit to an independent neurologist is imminent. Once he gets past that final hurdle, he'll be cleared to play Monday in Green Bay. On the other hand, if he doesn't get approval to return, the Lions again will rely on Jesse James and Logan Thomas to man tight end.

Henry (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday night's game against the Steelers after practicing fully Friday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.

Per Eric D. Williams of ESPN.com, coach Anthony Lynn noted that the team will have a jog-through Saturday and see how Henry is doing at that point. "If (it) feels good, then yeah, I'll put him out there for a few plays," Lynn indicated Friday. With that, as well as the Chargers' late kickoff in mind, Henry is a risky fantasy roll Week 6. Assuming he avoids any setbacks in the coming days, however, the tight end figures to see his workload increase incrementally, and once he's able to handle his normal allotment of snaps, he'll merit weekly lineup consideration.

Andrews (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Cincinnati, but he's expected to play after logging a full practice Friday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Listed with a foot injury the past four weeks, Andrews now is dealing with a shoulder issue that held him out of Wednesday's practice. He returned Thursday on a limited basis and was upgraded to full participation Friday, setting him up for active status ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. With wide receiver Marquise Brown (ankle) considered a game-time decision, Andrews is in a good spot to continue his five-game streak of seven or more targets.
