Fant registered a seven-yard reception on five targets in Thursday's 30-6 loss to the Chiefs.

Fant continues to garner starter reps with 48 of 72 possible offensive snaps, but his production failed to impress once again. Many chalk up Fant's lack of production to Joe Flacco's tight-end-averse history, although the Broncos' brass continues to compliment Fant on his play. There could be an opportunity for the rookie tight end going forward after Emmanuel Sanders was traded to the 49ers on Tuesday, as he leaves behind five targets per game, including 1.8 in the red zone.

The Jaguars placed Swaim (concussion/ankle) on injured reserve Tuesday.

The head and ankle injuries prevented Swaim from playing in the Week 7 win over the Bengals, but the Jaguars hadn't previously offered any indication either issue was a long-term concern. With Swaim now moving to IR, his season is more than likely over, though he's technically eligible to return in Week 16. Josh Oliver and Seth DeValve should pick up additional reps at tight end as a result, though neither saw much involvement in the passing game while Swaim was out in Week 7.

Dickerson was cut by the Giants on Tuesday, Michael Eisen of the team's official site reports.

Dickerson originally found his way to New York as an undrafted free agent out of Northwestern in 2018. The 23-year-old appeared in seven games for the Giants but was unable to record any statistics.

Hurst caught one of two targets for 10 yards Sunday against the Seahawks.

Hurst was held to one catch for the third time this season Sunday. He is posting decent efficiency numbers, including a 77.8 percent catch rate with zero drops to go with a 7.8 YPT mark. However, Hurst isn't seeing enough targets (2.57 per game) to make him a viable option outside of two-tight end leagues.

Tomlinson was on the field for 38 of the Patriots' 82 snaps on offense in Monday's 33-0 win over the Jets.

Tomlinson, who was making his debut with the Patriots, worked behind Ben Watson on Monday, en route to hauling in his only target for one yard. Looking ahead, Tomlinson's fantasy upside is modest, while his snap counts in the coming weeks figure to hinge on the availability of fellow tight ends Ryan Izzo (concussion) and Matt LaCosse (knee).

Oliver was not targeted in Sunday's win over the Bengals.

The rookie third-round pick was expected to make the start Sunday with Geoff Swaim (concussion/ankle) sidelined, but Seth DeValve ended up receiving the starting nod. Oliver played only 25 offensive snaps in his NFL debut and was significantly out-snapped by DeValve (49) and Ben Koyack (43) at tight end, though none of the three caught any passes. Oliver should remain off the fantasy radar until he sees more playing time and actually establishes himself in the passing game.

Knox caught two balls on five targets for 22 yards during Sunday's win over the Dolphins.

Even with starter Tyler Kroft back from an ankle injury, Knox still saw a season-high five targets, though his final output was lacking. The rookie played a modest 52 percent of the offensive snaps, however, which was a season low, while Kroft saw 45 percent and blocker Lee Smith saw 41 percent. While Knox has long-term upside, his 2019 outlook remains muted if he has to share time in an offense that leans toward the run (10th in run percentage this season and fifth in 2018).

Moreau caught two of three targets for 24 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 42-24 loss to the Packers.

Moreau scored Oakland's first touchdown of the day on a 10-yard connection from quarterback Derek Carr, but fellow tight end Darren Waller would go on to rack up seven catches on eight targets for 126 yards and a pair of his own scores as he led the team in receiving by a wide margin. Moreau has logged at least 31 offensive snaps in three consecutive games, finding the end zone in two of those contests. With Tyrell Williams' (foot) absence potentially extending into Week 8, Moreau could continue to see additional opportunities in the passing game.

Thomas logged 12 offensive snaps during Sunday's 42-30 loss to Minnesota.

Thomas appeared on the injury report last week due to a shoulder issue, but the fact he played Sunday confirms he wasn't dealing with a significant injury.

James caught one of four targets for seven yards during Sunday's 42-30 loss to Minnesota.

Another week, and another game where James has done his best work as a blocker despite matching his season high in targets. Rookie T.J. Hockenson remains the upside play among Detroit's tight ends.
