Jimmy Graham TE | NO
Packers' Jimmy Graham: Practices in limited fashion
Graham (knee) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
The Packers have been managing Graham's practice reps carefully all season due to the listed knee issue, though it's never put his status in serious jeopardy for any given week. The expectation remains that Graham will be on the field Sunday against the Dolphins to handle the bulk of the snaps at tight end for Green Bay.

George Kittle TE | SF
49ers' George Kittle: Limited by chest injury
Kittle (chest) was a limited participant at Thursday's practice, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Kittle has tended to shoulder and knee injuries already this season but hasn't missed any game action as a result. With extra time to prepare for the 49ers' Week 10 matchup with the Giants, there isn't much worry about Kittle toughing out the chest concern and suiting up Monday. In his second season, Kittle ranks third behind Travis Kelce and Zach Ertz in receiving yards per game (76.9) among NFL tight ends, making him a must-start on a weekly basis.

C.J. Uzomah TE | PHI
Bengals' C.J. Uzomah: Another limited practice
Uzomah (clavicle) was listed as a limited participant during Thursday's practice, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.
Uzomah had also been limited in Wednesday's session, so he should be a good bet to play this weekend against the Saints if he's able to put forth a full session Friday. Assuming his clavicle injury doesn't prove too much of an issue come Sunday, Uzomah will start at tight end and potentially take on increased volume in the passing game with the Bengals likely to lean on a number of players to replace the 9.5 targets per game A.J. Green (toe) has drawn this season. Green is expected to miss at least two weeks with the injury.

Jimmy Graham TE | NO
Packers' Jimmy Graham: Back at practice Thursday
Graham (knee) returned to practice Thursday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Despite being listed with a knee injury, Graham received a veritable veteran's day off Wednesday. His presence at practice Thursday was expected, but his activity level won't be known until the Packers release their second Week 10 injury report.
-
Jacob Hollister TE | CAR
Patriots' Jacob Hollister: Still nursing hamstring injury
Hollister (hamstring) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Zack Cox of NESN.com reports.
Hollister continues to work back from a lingering hamstring injury which has kept him sidelined for the last three games. With top tight end Rob Gronkowski (back/ankle) questionable for New England's game against the Titans in Week 10, Hollister could have a role on offense if he proves his own health.
-
Ryan Hewitt TE | TEN
Colts' Ryan Hewitt: Not practicing Wednesday
Hewitt (ankle) did not practice Wednesday.
Hewitt appears to be nursing a shoulder injury of undisclosed severity, and should be considered questionable for Sunday's tilt against the Jaguars. The depth tight end has been targeted only once this season, so his tentative absence would be unlikely to have a notable impact on Indianapolis' offense.
-
Geoff Swaim TE | CLE
Cowboys' Geoff Swaim: Still not practicing
Swaim (knee) didn't practice Wednesday, Jon Machota of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Swaim didn't practice at all last week and was listed as doubtful ahead of Monday's 28-14 loss to the Titans before ultimately missing that contest. Blake Jarwin, Dalton Schultz and Rico Gathers split playing time at tight end, with the position group accounting for just two targets on 31 pass attempts from Dak Prescott. Swaim likely needs to practice Thursday or Friday to have a shot at making it back for the Week 10 game against the Eagles.

Jimmy Graham TE | NO
Packers' Jimmy Graham: No practice reps Wednesday
Graham (knee) didn't practice Wednesday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Graham's absence was forecast at the beginning of the session, when he appeared to be a spectator, per Jim Owczarski of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. However, Graham has routinely had some sort of limitation on his practice reps to kick off a given week, only to ditch the designation by the release of the final injury report. There's no indication Graham is in danger of missing Sunday's game against the Dolphins, so expect his availability to be confirmed by the end of the week.
-
A.J. Derby TE | MIA
Dolphins' A.J. Derby: Practices in full
Derby (foot) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.
Derby hasn't seen the field since Week 3, despite having logged multiple full practices since that time. The veteran tight end continues to nurse a lingering foot injury, and evidently, his full practices haven't been enough to lessen the Dolphins' concern about his health. Even if Derby is cleared to play Sunday against the Packers, it seems likely that he'll be forced to settle for a limited role behind fellow tight ends Nick O'Leary and Mike Gesicki.

C.J. Uzomah TE | PHI
Bengals' C.J. Uzomah: Logs limited practice
Uzomah (clavicle) logged a limited practice Wednesday, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Uzomah is thus trending toward playing Sunday against the Saints, barring any setbacks over the next few days. The tight end's production has been spotty despite him taking on an expanded role in the wake of injuries to Tyler Eifert (foot) and Tyler Kroft (foot), but if healthy, his opportunities could pick up in Week 10. The Bengals will be without the services of top wideout A.J. Green (toe), who has been targeted 9.5 times per game this season.
